Personal Information - I am a teacher, mama and have been a Reflexologist and a Reiki Practitioner for over a decade. I love what I do. I believe that when the human body is in a relaxed state we can release blocked, old and negative energies and in turn restore well being.

Treatments
My areas of focus are; women's health and well being, supporting couple's in their conception journey, pregnancy and post natal recovery.

All of my appointments are done in the comfort of your own home and I do work evenings. Both Reiki and Reflexology are treatments that are done fully clothed - only your socks are removed for reflexology so that your feet can be treated. Both treatments are carried out in a reclining chair that I bring to your home.
