The Hall Trustees will be holding their usual Hot X Bun and coffee mornign on Good Friday 19th April. (Other refreshment options will be available). More details will be available next month. Please put the date in your diary and come down to meet with friends and neighbours. We look forward to seeing you there. Times to be confirmed.

DATE FOR YOUR DIARY The Annual mince pies and coffee morning will be held at the Parish Hall from 10am -12.30pm Saturday 1 December. Along with coffee / tea and mince pies there will be stalls and a raffle and hopefully some entertainent. Come along and meet up with friends and neighbours.

Lydiard Millicent Parish Hall AGM The Annual General Meeting of the Hall took place in June. THe meeting didn't take long as, apart from the exisitng Trustees, ony two people fromt the Parish attended. All trustees agreed to stand for another year. Nigel Margetts was re-elected Chairman, Pauline Bowler Vice Chairman and Roy Wheeler remained as Treasurer. The evening concluded with Cheese and wine to toast the continuing success of the hall.

The Booking Clerk for the Parish Hall is unable to continue and is looking for someone to take over the reins from October. THis is a vital role for the continued smooth running of the Parish Hall. All out of pocket expenses are reimbursed and a mobile phone for Hall business is provided. It is not necessary to become a trustee of the Hall but you would be welcome to join us if you wish.
