Lydon Veterinary Centre

This vet is absolutely awful. Only giving 1 star because -1 isn't an option. My mom's cat is a rescue and can be quite vicious. During one visit Mr Lydon was particularly rough and the cat scratched him, hard. Since then, depsite how much money my mom pays into the "plan" they have, he has refused to do the health checks they call her in for!!! They even try to charge her for injections that are supposedly included on the Vaccines for life. Last time I came here, he tipped her upside down to get her out of the box. Today, she was so frightened of him she clung to me in silence. I will never come back here. Even the receptionist will leave you standing there while her personal phone rings out and then sits there answering the work phone to other customers while you wait and other staff members mill around doing nothing. How this guy even keeps his business running is beyond me. I recommend you use vets4pets instead. They are much nicer and much more professional. I am fuming.

Do you hire 10 years olds to look after the animals un the waiting room

Would not recommend, receptionist very abrupt and rude. Very expensive. Vet not very good, worst vets iv been to. Have now found a brilliant vets that make you and your pet very special and welcome.
