wow what a hotel.. food fantastic ....entertainment is the best 3 acts a night... staff brilliant very helpful From Ann and Mike Poole from the over 50 s group in sutton manor St Helens merseyside

We stayed from 19th to 21st Feb, Well worth the stay, hours of entertainment cheap prices friendly staff, what more can you ask for? I've stayed in 4 star hotels and none can match this one. Certainly deserves more than 2 Stars and that's from someone who has worked in the same environment for over 20 years, I will definitely go back

We all had a very good time all the staff are very nice food was lovely breakfast & tea bar staff was all lovely day & night always there to help entertain was all so good I will definitely Recommend people to stay

Stayed here last weekend had a fabulous time bar staff were fab room spotless food was lovely Mike the waiter was fabulous couldn't do enough for us all even thou he was rushed off his feet x can't wait to go back next year xx

Best hotel in Blackpool, just booked it again for anniversary in December, Been here a few times, we can never fault it, all staff and entertainment are brilliant, the best thing I like about the entertainment, you have all ages, from young to old really enjoying the artist , bingo, etc, we will not stay anywhere else , credit to all staff who work so hard,

Just back from a 4day break, rooms are clean enough, entertainment was good, staff friendly, food ok,need an access ramp in the hotel, prices off the cans of juice a bit expensive.

I love this hotel top entertainment and food, great helpful staff, the only negative I can say is the bar prices , absolute rip off

Good time had by our party of 25.........Shame about the loud 60th anniversary party on Saturday night , ignoring the artists, disregarding everyone else ! Rude !!! Should have booked a private room !

First stay at the Lyndene on a one night midweek stay. First impressions were quite good. Maybe a little dated in places but you get what you pay for and we paid £52 bed and breakfast.

Entertainment for a Tuesday evening was, I have to say excellent. 3 young men singing in individual slots and each were well above average. Good old singalong :-)

The barman Michael was lovely, worked hard all night and very pleasant.

Beds comfortable, sea view given and all in all the room was good (very small toilet and shower)

We went down for breakfast at 8:15 as the info said 8:15 to 9:15 And was told 'Oh you're in the wrong restaurant...Oh wait a minute, you're not but you're second sitting' There were umpteen empty tables but 'we could wait in the bar and have a coffee until 9am!'

When I said we wouldn't bother and would just leave, the guy said 'Ok I'll make you up a table'. Too much trouble? Don't bother me thinks! He looked very put out I have to say. We left and drove home to a nice breakfast at our local pub.

Shame, as a small thing like that can taint your whole experience. :-)

Brilliant stay here for 2 nights for a hen weekend. Would recommend to anyone and all the staff are brilliant. The rooms could do with a deep clean now and again and there was a bit of mould in the shower but honestly as someone who is really fussy about staying in clean places I wouldn't think twice of coming back again....infact I will be back �

we paid 18.00 each for a meal and visit to watch the comedian ..the food was not good ..not one course was tasty. total disappointment ok not a fortune I agree but expected better than that ..as a local just thought it would be better..Carl schofield was good as always ..

We are really honest guests loved this hotel great memories we have visited for over 15 years stylish women you know who we are and you must up your game for us to re visit and recommend you to our friends we are all business women and understand pressures but all areas Need to be improved service staff levels and importantly food

No more frozen food or veg and employ good chef keep us posted and we will return keep us updated complains we have heard are horrendous.

Our room was to small and very hot cuz the window only opens a bit and the radiator want turn off

No parking,even with a disabled badge,no credit card at bar,cash only or all inclusive,get your seats early if you want to see entertainment,food is bland and boring,staff are quite easy going,room or even the whole hotel needs an absolute overhaul to fit in with this modern era, my opinion,keep your cash �

My partner and I are honest reviewers and quite honestly I’m going to be HONEST. First of all, Reception area selling cheap tat in the foyer -No need to do this, makes the area look ridiculously tacky. Put plants there, a nice Center piece - make it look beautiful like the the rest of the reception area. We had to walk through the function room whilst every one watched us to get to our side of the hotel to our room - this was annoying! Our room - what on earth!!!!! The floor wasn’t ‘even’ and through the night we thought we was rolling over into a portal on the floor. Need to get it sorted. This was so uncomfortable. I’m not a smoker and although there are, apparently, designated rooms to smoke, it was awful. Times have moved on and we don’t smoke in doors especially in hotels!!!!! Fire hazard!!!!! And It stinks!!! Walked through the corridors and it wasn’t pleasant. Only bonus was the shower - better than the one we have at home but apart from that, we won’t be stopping here again. We didn’t have breakfast dinner or tea at the hotel as we ventured elsewhere so can’t comment on the food. Probably frozen veg!!!!
