Melissa & Luke have been hedge trimming. We'll be reopening xc tomorrow, keep an eye on website to book online after 7pm tonight. Sadly no waters yet in action but we'll be working on them again tomorrow. The Loop is still looking a tad bald, grass is lush tho!

Xc winter loop is fab, great choice of jumps, can’t wait for the next visit �

Wow! This place is outstanding. Worth the 2 hour journey from London. We can't wait to come back. The going was perfect. Wide variety of jumps, lots of fab water elements, some jumps are adjustable so really good for mixed ability groups. Spotless loos, great horse wash-off area. For us foot-soldiers there is a fab little Shepherds Hut with lots of delicious cake and a great coffee machine ( cake is priced and you leave money in honesty box, NB you need change for the coffee machine ) . Makes me want to re-locate!

What an amazing place! I couldn't believe it when we turned up, they cater for everyone and horses of all ages. I've never been to a xc course where you can practice so much combination and line work. They have absolutely everything there. This was my first visit but its most definitely not my last!

Well worth the long drive, just picked the wrong day, bit hot yesterday.

We have been to Lyneham a number of times with my teenage twin daughters and friends now for a couple of years. Always an amazing experience. My niece travels from Pembrokeshire every year to school round the XC too! We only live 40 mins away and are so lucky to have this first class beautiful facility so close. I just had to write a review after our visit to the XC winter loop on Saturday. It was amazing and just what we needed to perk the ponies up out of their winter blues. Everything without exception is beautifully presented. As the “Groom” I really appreciated the heated loo and the fantastic Shepherds Hut. The cake and hot chocolate was so appreciated and the amazing free quiches were scrummy. I don’t know how you do it but you truly think of everything and we so appreciate it. If Carlsberg did XC and arena facilities they couldn’t beat you!! �����. You are the best XC course for public use in the world! If you ever need a brand ambassador my daughters would happily oblige (PC, BE, NSEA etc) . Very well done to you all at Lyneham. We can’t stop smiling. �.

We had a fantastic outing today at Lyneham Health, what a stunning location with absolutely everything you could want. It was absolutely perfect for us even though we are relatively

inexperienced - excellent ground conditions, plenty of variety and to find three

water complexes open was great. This venue caters for all from those like us just starting out to top level. So well maintained and friendly staff happy to offer advice. Quite a trip for us -2 1/2 hours but we will

most definitely be back and highly recommend.

Totally brilliant place, every single bit of it! Including the cakes! Thank you

Winter XC loop is excellent offering two water complexes with a wide range of lines through & varied jump combinations. Ditches, skinnes and hills. The rest of the course speaks for itself by the photos.

You will find everything you need here coupled with friendly staff and amazing cake �.

On the recommendation of a friend, we made the journey from Bristol to school our horse... it was well worth the 2 hour journey - beautiful facilities, a superb range of flagged jumps which were all really well maintained and clearly marked at the higher levels with excellent ground. We will definitely come back again, thank you!

My first time on the cross country course. A fantastic choice of jumps beautifully maintained lovely take offs and landings - and a lovely way to spend a summer evening. Thank you. We will be back.

It was our first time to Lyneham Heath and we had the best time. Both children 10 & 13 had plenty to jump with excellent made jumps and lots of choice, I don't think they have missed a type of jump ! I would say as long as you are jumping 70cm which my 10 year old was only just, by the end she was flying over 80+. It makes such a difference to go to a place where the jumps (what ever height) are so well made with great ground lines and going.

I must add that we didn't get into the field which I think has the smaller jumps as by the time we noticed it, we didn't need it.

The other massive plus point was the Shepherds Hut where you can get COFFEE ! Remember to bring pound coins for the coffee machine.

It was my first visit to lyneham yesterday with my livery Paul , who had a lesson ! I have to say what an amazing place the area surface was amazing and the going out on the cross country was to ...

Can you please get golf carts so we can hire them to help the less able to walk round !!

The coffe /tea hut was amazing the cakes are second to none ... you really have got this all right .. well done ..

Had an amazing day cross country schooling. Facilities are perfect, so much room, large variety of fences suitable for all levels. We would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again soon!

Feel like I'm stating the obvious. But Lyneham truly is the best place to go for [any] schooling!! There really is something for everyone from green/baby horses or nervous riders up to advanced level. As well as the endless choice, the ground is perfectly maintained and the fences beautifully presented with flags and greenery!!!

Just had to write something, after paying more to school at another well known venue, where there was hardly any choice as all small portable fences had been put away and the ground was no way near the quality of Lyneham.

Fantastic showjumping arena, great surface the scenery is beautiful.



On the xc loop was awesome loads of combinations to try and practice the horses loved it. Going through the water was so good I couldn't contain the smile on my face it.



10/10 recommend it goodtimes

Cross country heaven on earth!!!! Perfectly groomed and thousands of jumps for everyone. Felt like a kid in a huge sweet shop!!!!
