Everything about their service was leading the way in professionalism. Very competitively priced. On time, as many boxes as we needed provided up front and then more when we had underestimated more were dropped off within hours of asking for extra. I cannot believe how efficient the moving staff were. We thought that we would have to get our very large L shaped corner sofa out through the first floor Juliet balcony as that was how it had to be brought in, however these guys knew what they were doing and simply by removing the little wooden feet on the base were able to get the unit ( in the two separate pieces) down the stairs and out the front door with so much as a smudge on the walls. I wish the sofa providers in the first place were as knowledgeable! They dismantled beds and dining table and put everything back together again at the new house. I was not expecting that. I made the movers a brew when they got to the house in the first place. They did not drink them until every thing was packed in the trucks. They were so quick however I would not be surprised if they were still warm when they drank them up. Very professional, friendly and clever service. I do not normally give reviews but Lyons Removal are special. Highly recommend with no hesitation.

A huge thank you to Elizabeth, John and the entire team for the stress free recent move of all our belongings to Spain. It was very obvious that you take a great deal of satisfaction in a job well done and knowing that we were able to focus on the many other jobs we had to do to complete our move. Excellant service from the ladies in the office to the lads doing the lifting and moving.They moved my office and stock all in one day and even polished my furniture and plugged the phones and computers in taking all the stress off me.Would reccomend highly.Once again thanks to all the team lovely family business to deal with.

Very disappointed by this company, the man came to give us a price. He was 20 minutes late gave no apologies and simply walked into our property without introducing himself. When I asked who he was he simply said Lyons removals, he didn't introduce himself. He walked in and said is there a problem and then left saying I won't bother then! Very poor

The office staff let the business down:(
The guys that do all the moving might be hard working and wonderful but sadly, the office staff member that dealt with me has no idea what customer service is. She let the business down through chaotic communications, unable to remember what she wrote in her emails. Consequently, when she overcharged me she came up with an unacceptable excuse, expecting me to just pay up. Sadly her manager didn't take the time to check the facts, if he did, he would have realised that his 'front of house' has lost them business and damaged their reputation. Real shame.

Lyons were amazing from start to finish, the lady on the phone was so helpful the price was a lot cheaper than what i was quoted and the movers were very careful with my fragile paintings nothing was damaged in the move highly recommend! will recommend you to all my friends and family thank you for making something so stressful for me seem so easy :)

Move and storage was fine, but they don't give you a deposit back for the boxes used during the move. I would suggest using a different company.

Was impressed with the guy who came to the house to provide the quote but the office staff and their communication is a massive let down
