What a wonderful evening- great performance- Things I know to be true- Kirsty Oswald you were magnificent! Such feeling- I laughed and I cried. Well done all the cast.

Lyric is a great venue. Go see Things I know to be true if you get the chance

User

We took our sixteen month old son to see Jack and The Beanstalk. Needless to say it was brilliant for him and us! Great mixture of music, dance and classic panto jokes! Would definitely recommend for all ages. Flesh Creep was class!

User

Took my daughter to see Aladdin and we had a brilliant time. The whole production was amazing and loved the characters and costumes. Saw Cinderella last year for the first time at Panto with my daughter. Looks like a new tradition has started and look forward to Jack and the Beanstalk.

User

The whole family went to see The Fantastic Mr Fox at Lyric Hammersmith. It was a wonderful experience with lots of laughs, great music and performers.

User

Saw Seventeen, what a great play, the emptyness of seventeen years old with very poor language with no interest in life apart from getting drunk and thinking they are adults once they reach 18. This being played by over 60s is just genial and so funny. Very well played. I really recommend the play and hope it is a great success

User

Saw Seventeen last night, fantastic play, great actors and genius plot of over 60's playing teenagers, quite emotional and really enjoyable - well worth seeing. Also the Lyric bar was great with a great sharing platter which was perfect for sharing pre show as we were too late for dinner.

User

Saw 17 and enjoyed it very much despite the cold audience about me. The characters are mostly played by performers in the age range of 70. I will return to the Lyric Theatre for further shows but may have to view without the rest of the audience!

Lyric Hammersmith is a really lovely creative hub with a real community feel. It has a nice theatre, roof terrace, bar, cafe and lots of other creative spaces. One of the stand out things is the real mix of the community who use and enjoy this place. Love it!

Just seen Jubilee and had a fantastic evening. The show was chaotic, anarchic, shocking and challenging - and wickedly funny. The acting was truly superb and every member of the cast played their parts with conviction and a level of professionalism one may not hope for at a smaller theatre. Sadly although the space seemed to have been designed to encourage audience participation that was not present tonight. I wanted to get more involved but felt a little constrained. I would suggest that the excellent compere Amyl Nitrate (Travis Alabanza) warms up the audience at the beginning of the show rather than after the interval. Also more or longer music in the performance would add to the electric atmosphere. Personally I loved every minute and I'll be watching the Lyric for future productions and also following members of the cast many of whom I believe will go on to even greater achievements.

User

Just been to see A Midsummer Night's Dream in Oxford. Crying with laughter ... what a clever, funny, innovative reinterpretation! A play within a play within a play ... a meta-metafiction if you will. Just one thing though - why no meaningful cast list? The talent was abundant but we don't know who was who??!!

User

Jack and the Beanstalk had my family enthralled from the opening bars. The energy of the creative and talented cast knew no bounds. There was something for everyone; I laughed more than I have for a very long time and I think I may finally have found a version of 'Shape of You' that I actually like ;-); the casting of Jack as a woman delighted my 6 year old girl (who always moans that boys always get to be the 'main' part); my husband was most disappointed not to be Dame Trot a Lot's chosen one; my 4 year old boy bonded in a very real way with Daisy the Cow and is still saying 'Believe' and we all agree that Flesh Creep was just about the best panto baddie EVER. Thank you Lyric for a quite brilliant show and we will definitely be travelling from Berlin to see the show again next year.

User

Had a great 50th birthday drink after work. The balcony is a fantastic space for a get together especially on a sunny evening.

User

Great to have such a fantastic venue showing amazing plays so close to home and within a community.

User

From behind the scenes this place is amazing and you can feel the love of art the minute you step in to it. Inspirational place !

User

Brilliant show really made us think and the debate has continued today lyric is our favourite London theatre but slightly biase as we live up the road well done once again

User

Booked this ages ago - what an EXCELLENT production - we took two children ages 6 and 8 and they both were transfixed on the Pant the whole time - great characters with a modern day twist which was FUN :-) we loved all of the characters and the screenplay as well :-) see you next year for Jack in The Beanstalk - Oh Yes you will :-)

User

Aladdin Fantastic panto, great cast made it fun for all the family, good choice of music and great lighting. Can't praise you hope highly enough, bar staff were friendly as was everyone we met. Really would highly recommend to all

Widow twanky was great and her choice of Jeff in the crowd was so funny

Keep it up happy new year

User

We traveled from Hertfordshire to see Jack and the beanstalk it was the most confusing mishmash of bad jokes songs and other plays rolled into one. Definitely not for children under 10 as all the jokes and references were to old for them. Extremely dissapointed and felt we let our 5 year old son down .

Jack and the beanstalk in acid !!!!

Just don't bother at all terrible a waste of ;£90 and a fay out.

User

Sat in upper circle seats way too high for a children's show, seats in this tier should not be sold for this type of show. View restricted for my daughter altogether very disappointed.
