Where do I start.



From waking up to a blank mobile phone, to loosing said mobile phone, to unlocking an old mobile phone and purchasing a new one, M-viron is always on hand with their help and expertise.



A few months ago I woke up and my phone was blank and had no life in it at all, it had been charging all night yet had no charge. Panicking I took it into M-viron on the way into work. They did a factory reset on it, charged it back up for me and it was delivered to me back at work a few hours later, what customer service. Then a short while later I lost my mobile phone. I knew I’d had it in the car but it had vanished! I popped in M-viron and they scrambled around in my car helping me look for it, and when we couldn’t find it they put a block on it. As it turned out it had fallen into one of my Children’s bags on route to school and he neglected to tell me! Again such above and beyond service.



A few of weeks ago my youngest found an old mobile phone and as it was still working we though he could have it. We took it into M-viron and they unlocked it for him.



A couple of weeks ago M-viron rang my husband to let him know that his contract was due for renewal, a few days later he has a new contract and brand new phone.



Yesterday I had a phone call from someone at EE trying to sell me their services, I stopped them in their tracks and told them we have the best mobile phone shop in our town. They are on hand for every eventuality for personal and business use and I would never go anywhere else.



To me M-viron is most definitely the mobile phone shop that I can rely on.

Went in for a contract phone today. Was told unless i was a business customer it would cost loads as they dont do individual contracts that often as they are business based for orange. Left very disappointed as would have liked to shop locally. Seems i needed to travel to stafford. :-(
