Here’s a shower I have tiled and then siliconed with Anti-mould silicone sealant for walls and floors. This contains microban antimicrobial protection for added hygiene, protecting against bacteria and black mould. Always worth paying the little extra for the added protection. Before, during and after pics. This wall had damp and efflorescence problems, so the plaster was knocked off back to the brick.
