Nice place and full of color, tasty food and well displayed. Friendly and attentive staff, Giampiero is extremely warm and helpful. I found a little cozy restaurant where spent few hours eating with friends while listening good music.

Me and my friends found this place by chance on my bday, the staff were lovely and accommodating, we didnt have a table booked but they gave us one reserved thankfully, they playing soca so i was already excited!

Then we had one of the best meals in London for Caribbean food, we couldn't even talk to eachother just nods like yess��

The food wasnt expensive and it was good portion sizes which is hard to find, furthermore the drinks were beautiful we had daquiris!

We had a great experience and believe me I'm running back!

I have now been here on half a dozen different occaisions and with four other friends of mine. The food is consistently good, the portions generous and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is a great looking little place re the interior design and it is immaculately clean. It gets a big thumbs up from myself and my friends.

Highly recommend this place.

We had the sharing platter to start which was cooked to perfection. The jerk sauce was amazing.

The curry goat was melt in your mouth and an explosion of flavours.

My partner loved her chicken stew too.

Enjoyed a perfect meal yesterday, great service, lovely cocktails but most importantly fantastic food. A delicious goat curry with finely balanced flavours, melt in the mouth tender meat and excellent rice and peas. Next time I'm back in London I'll be back for more. Unless there are plans to open a branch in Glasgow soon?

Was looking for a place to get food before a gig at the Underworld. As it was a ska gig, this seemed appropriate. Amazing atmosphere, nice drinks and the best Jerk chicken I’ve ever had. I’ll be back next time I’m in Camden!

The food was excellent, ambiance great, music was great, but when the live band came on it was so loud we could not hold a conversation without shouting at each other. A band in such a small setting was quite overpowering. The food and service was great.

Overall the food is really nice well cook apart from the deep fried sweet potatoes that was still hard on the inside, the stuffed seabass was amazing along with the sorrel mojita. Lol!!

The space is tight but nice environment. The music need to be more family orientated as they seem to get alot of booking for family celebrations, birthdays etc.

Would recommend this venue for dinning out.

Lovely atmosphere, staff and food. Music was a little bit loud for you to hear each other talk but we had a great evening and will be going back again with friends and family.

I had never heard of Ma Petite Jamaica before but found it via Googling restaurants in Camden. The meal was lovely, l had seabass stuffed with callalou and deep fried sweet potato. My only critisism about the food was that the sweet potato was still a bit hard in the middle but the fish was delicious and tasted like home cooking. The atmosphere and decor is great and definitively makes you feels like you are in Jamaica. It's clean with good service. The only negative I have was the music was too loud and not "child friendly lyrics". It needs to be more appropriate for dining....but I would definitely go back!

The ambience and place was lovely. Unfortunately the service and food was not great. Food was too spicy for me and we had to wait ages for our food and drinks and when it came they got our drinks order wrong. There was a live band which was so loud that we couldn't have a conversation without shouting at each other.



If u like spicy food then I would recommend it but just don't go on a Friday night when it's busy unless your willing to wait ages for service and don't mind loud music.

Shame about the service because the environment and food was lovely. Poor waitor on his first day, alone, was run off his feet and didn't have much familiarity with the food. I'm sure he'll get better after a few shifts. Just a shame to see someone struggle so much without support. Food was lovely though!
