Mac Repairs In London

Scammers! Brought a laptop for repair, was told it needs a motherboard change. Instead of receiving my fixed laptop back with new mother board for which I paid 260, I got some one else's different tech specs laptop, in terrible state, with 8gb ram instead of 16gb ram, dirty, dead battery, and other issues. when contacted to question about why this was not my laptop, I was still lied to, indeed after I found my original serial number, I confirmed my suspicions. Tried calling numerous times, but now my phone calls are ignored. Don't understand why there was a need to lie to me. I will be reporting this to the Police. This is not the service that I paid for and I don't appreciate being lied to.

I Brought my father macbook air for repair as it was not charging or turning on because he droped the tea on it. Turn around was many days quicker than what I was told dropping it off, and the machine works perfectly to this day. Luv u mac hammersmith.
