We have spent this weekend at Ansty Hall, from a night in the honeymoon suite to a meal with family in the restaurant. This is a special venue to us as we got married here 2 years ago and all of the staff make you feel really at home.

We had our wedding reception here after getting married in the quaint little church, hidden behind Ansty Hall. The communication with staff from day one has been outstanding. Nothing and I mean nothing, was too much trouble for the staff. They were able to accomodate all our guests' needs and were on hand responding immediately to every email, phone call and query we had. The day itself was absolutely amazing, the staff were attentive to all our guests and everything ran smoothly. A big thank you to Katie & Lorraine for being on the end of every call/email with help and advice, Karina for treating us like royalty at our food tasting and on our special day, Chandru for over viewing every little detail to make sure everything ran like clockwork and lastly but by no means least Rhian, the most amazing lady, that kept me calm, made sure everybody was where they needed to be and ensured every little thing was perfect, from straightening my train/veil for my church entrance and photos to checking that all our guests were happy and content �

We booked the honeymoon room for a surprise night for my best friends. I wanted to decorate it and put some gifts in ready for when they arrived unfortunately someone had booked the night before so I had to leave them with a really nice & helpful gentleman called Chris.

A big thank you to Chris he managed to do everything I asked & the bride said the rooms looked amazing.

Every time i phoned the staff were really nice and accommodating.

You deserve 5 big stars �����

I was that impressed we brought vouchers so the bride and groom can return for a afternoon tea ��

Short stay for Rolling Stones concert. Beautiful place, all staff very welcoming and friendly. Can't fault it. Oh, ok then, maybe my breakfast poached eggs were slightly over cooked.

Recently had our wedding here and I cannot thank you all enough with it all. Katie you was amazing In the help you provided with the run up to the wedding nothing was ever too much. Gordon and all the staff on the day were fantastic myself my husband and al our guests made comments on how fantastic your service was and nothing was ever too much. The day was just perfect. My husband and I with our 2 close friends attended the New Years Eve Gala dinner and overnight accommodation. The staff cannot be praised enough for their hard work and attentiveness. The whole event was well run, food excellent and accommodation very spacious and comfortable. We all had a fantastic time. Special thanks to Karina and Daniel.

Married here yesterday PERFECT- perfect venue- Rean was so lovely, helpful & there for me when ever I needed it I want to thank her for making our day extra special and I just want her to know how lovely she is and fabulous at what she does xxx

Just got back from a night away for our 10th anniversary and had a lovely time, the meal was lovely and all the staff we met were very helpful and friendly.



We came here 7 years ago with our two young children and thought it would be nice to return without them !! When we were there with the children the staff were fantastic adding little touches to make them feel welcome - even going as far as placing a cushion on the restaurant chairs so the children were sat at a more comfortable height!!!



We knew we had found a lovely place and we're not disappointed on our recent visit.

I was bridesmaid yesterday and have to say everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were all amazing and the attention to detail on everything was fab.

Thank you to Gordon and your team you looked after us really well.

Exceptional! We got married at Ansty in September and were treated brilliantly by staff throughout the whole process, from the booking to the menu tasting to the actual day... Nothing was too much trouble, every correspondence email/call was answered quickly and efficiently and we were always made to feel welcome and special. The staff on the day couldn't do enough for us and the food and grounds are gorgeous (we especially liked the way we were called to have the evening food first too!). Outstanding customer service made it the happiest day of our lives, as you felt like part of the wedding party. Special thanks to Gordon, Elio, Lorraine, Chris, Ross, Dallas, Preeti, Karolina and everyone else we encountered - you are a credit to Ansty and we'll definitely be back.

Currently staying here attending a course on site. The rooms to my experience are at the better end of the spectrum, clean and spacious with plenty of storage. The staff are really professional but much more friendly once you engage. And then there is the food; I am extremely experienced with food, good and bad. The ‘a la carte’ menu is balanced and the food is well presented and absolutely delicious. My next step is to bring my lady for a weekend and see the consistency but I’m very positive. All in all this is a venue I can’t wait to return to, I hope you all enjoy your stay.

Booked a Kingsize room for us and our little boy for a wedding reception. The room was fantastic, big bed for us , sofa bed for our little boy. Very well equipt bathroom with bath and shower. Clean and tidy. Even got £10 off booking direct. Looked at other booking sites and booking direct through the hotel was the cheapest.

Christmas Day lunch and I have to say your staff are a credit to you - from the lady who greeted us right through to the bar staff. Nothing was too much trouble on what was obviously a very busy day. The restaurant staff did a great job in making sure that everything was ok food wise and we didn’t feel that we had to hurry; everything went at our pace. The food was excellent and the atmosphere fun and relaxed. May well be back next year. Well done.

The food at the restaurant is really good, greatly cooked and tastes fresh and delicious

The bath had lots of rusts marks and the water pressure for the shower was very low

Not really what i would expected for 135£ a night as far as the room is concerned

Great location for a stop off on the way to somewhere, for us it was the lake district. Hotel is very traditional and could do with a bit of modernisation but that's more a taste thing than anything else. Facilities good, hygiene good. Restaurant menu a bit crap for vegetarians.
