Macdonald Swan'S Nest Hotel

Very disappointing. Needs a refurbished. The mattress was a disgrace, noisy springs and very well worn. Television not working correctly, not able to replace it. Staff could have been more friendly. On the other hand the restaurant was excellent, good food and courteous helpful staff

This is the second time visiting Stratford upon Avon but the 1st time in the Macdonald Swan's Nest Hotel. Cannot fault the food, it was excellent and in close proximity to the town. The hospitality was faultless and we were looked after from the moment we checked in. The only criticism was that we found our bedroom was in need of a lick of paint as it looked a little tired. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overnight stay, room was clean and comfortable. The A/C in my room was broken and having the window open was really quite loud. Convenient location to the town centre and free parking for guests.

Great location, decent size rooms and was clean. Breakfast was OK bit could of been a bit better. The on site pub was good, with a good selection of beers/ales etc and had live music on the night which was nice.

Not a bad hotel in a pinch. The receptionist was a touch clueless, the air-conditioning rattled keeping us awake half the night, and the beds were a usual mix of hard and soft that meant my back was uncomfortable. Not a bad hotel, just not as good as it could be. The cocktails are good though

just had a very pleasant weekend staying at the Swans Nest Hotel, the room was excellent, the staff brilliant especially Sophie in the restaurant and the food was past all expectations. Well done Swan's Nest Hotel
