Been to the store lots of times but I always go to one staff Bindesh he is the most helpful one and is always happy to help when you go there ask for Bindesh he know everything from a-z.

Shocking . When things go wrong .

Needed help & staff were only interested in talking amongst themselves.
Poor range in store.
Give this store a miss.

Mind bogglingly hostile attitude towards customers. I have been shopping with Machine Mart for years. I cannot believe the way I have just been treated on the phone! Patronising, arrogant, rude and just generally unhelpful. All I wanted to do is quickly order a generator. Never again!!
