FOR SALE
So, after much deliberation, the decision has been made. Stripped and ready for a total body restoration. This is a British registered lambretta with ONE owner from new. ... 1963 LI 125. The engine will be standard with the exception for 12v ignition . The scooter is for sale completed, so you can choose whatever colour scheme you like. Price will vary depending on your colour scheme you choose, for example, if you want a 2 colour flat colour scheme the price will be, Β£4500.. That is for a classic lambretta, nut and bolt restoration, full MOT, ( I know it's exempt but I have it on good authority the insurance industry knock 20% off any claim if it's not got an MOT certificate). Engine new seals, electronic ignition running perfect. Just give me a shout for more information.

Enjoyed doing this one. 1973 Plymouth satellite. No expense spared on this. Total custom from engine to carpets. Looking forward to seeing it when everything is finished. 😎

User

Did this earlier last year, the owner brought it back for a few touch ups after the rebuild and how good it was to see complete. 😎

Old 1985 XJS. Sadly unable to remove most of the trim so customer said just mask it up. Not many of these around now.

Custom bike done in the latest Range rover estoril blue with a slight presence of electric blue flake. It will come back when it's rebuilt for a good old polish for that deep deep shine 😎

Not posted anything for a while. Here's a quick look at a bit of what's been going on. 😎

So, this is a 1962 li125. British bike with only 1, yes that's correct, 1 owner from new!! The question is, does it need a full restoration or should it stay the way it is? It hasn't turned a wheel since 1974, So for the last 44 years she has sat in a shed!... What would you do to it?

And another one back to the land of the living! This poor old '96 vespa T5 classic had a bad case of standing still too long! The dreaded tin worm had attacked her so it was onwards with the grinder and upwards with the welder. The colour is the original candy red with an extra coat of the candy colour to make it a little bit darker, ( my own preferred shade ) , then a little twist with, house of kolors, fury red micro flake, virtually invisible until the sun hits it. 😎

If you have a vehicle that has started to get flaking laquer, the problem is, more than likely, for one of 2 main reasons. The surface to be laquered has been left too long between the application of the Base coat, to the application of the laquer or the surface of the area accepting the laquer has not been prepared with a sufficient key to promote adhesion. Either way, it's rubbish! Just thought I would share that with you. Plus it looks cool as the laquer butterflies fly off into the distance 😎

Had the pleasure of laying hands on this beautiful Aston Martin DB9 Mansory special. It had seen a bit of battle with speed humps and the likes! Running a 6 litre V12 engine and Mansory light weight structure this car is a beast! And yes, I did get to drive it !!

User

This sweet GP came in as parts, with the owner having a colour scheme in mind . With all the panels repaired it was on with the colour and what a result ! His vision was spot on 😎

User

Here's a few pictures of a p200 that looked quite nice the way it was but the owner wasn't happy and fancied it in the style of a limited edition. Turned out quite nice I think 😎

User

Step back in time to 1985 . Little old me with a scooter to tinker with 😎

User

Anyone want a Hummer? This beast will be available to buy in the very near future. Details on request 😎

User

Popped into buzzsolomoto to have a look at this beautiful SX 200 now rebuilt. Looks stunning, not sure about the bars but each to his own 😎

User

Poor ninja panel with a little gravel rash cured 😎

User

Had a damaged custom panel off a '59, S1 lambretta with a bit of damage come in to repair and duplicate the paint. After a bit of a nightmare matching the 20 year old paint, the end product made it all worth while 😎

User

Had a chap fetch a Vespa side panel in suffering from the dreaded tin worm! He said he could get a new panel if I preferred but to keep originality I said I would rather keep the panel it was built with and repair it.
