Wow what an amazing place. Everything was fantastic. I have never tasted such fabulous Italian food. The service was truly the best imaginable and so friendly. If I visit Chester again I will make sure I visit again. This place is not to be missed. Thank you.

We went here for a meal last night and the food was excellent. The fillet steak was juicy and tender and the home made cheesecake was spot on! Service was great also ’┐Į

We had a great lunch,my boss at work recommended that we try the place out and weren't disappointed,we will definitely be returning

Warm welcome by Alex, tomato garlic to die for!! Spaghetti Bol was so tasty as was the king prawn linguine. Creme Br├╗l├®e was heavenly and the Calypso Coffee - best IŌĆÖve ever had. CanŌĆÖt wait to go back

The food was fresh home made and yummy

Plus the staff were friendly and helpful

Stayed over night from Manchester and this restaurant was over the road. Really nice food and wine. The service was excellent and the staff really made the experience so enjoyable ’┐Į thank you xx

We had been in last Saturday night, and what a great buzz there was in the restaurant, with the new Manager, Dominico, and all the rest of his team now fully in their stride. Staff, service and food was very impressive, and the atmosphere chilled, but sophisticated and professional too. So, trying to avoid the Races yesterday, we decided to pay a return visit to Made in Italy, for Lunch. Again there was a great vibe and it's such a lovely airy space to enjoy some really great, reasonably-priced, home-cooked food.

For anyone who visited and was disappointed when they first opened, I urge you to try them again as I'm sure that you won't be disappointed. What a fantastic asset to Hoole this restaurant is! We can't wait to go back!

Got to say staff absolutely wonderful greeted with a smile and the food is out of this world well worth the visit and will definitely be returning much on the menu I wish to try FANTASTIC

Following my daughter's first meal here last evening she wanted me to also experience the wonderful food and warm service so we went today. Our taste buds tingled with the flavours of our meals. I'm fussy with my italian food but so pleased to find a gem of an restaurant. Luca and Davide were welcoming, courteous and chatty. We've already pencilled in another visit. ’┐Į

Excellent food choice ( gluten free too) and desserts. All staff is fantastic and very friendly but donŌĆÖt crowd you when you eating . Really enjoyed relax atmosphere and tasty Italian cuisine.

Amazing food with exceptional great customer service. We visited restaurant with 2 kids on a busy Friday evening . Magda took care of us ,while other staff entertained our kids so we could enjoy our evening . Portions were very generous for my liking so there was no space for dessert . Kids were smarter and decided to take their pizza home to enjoy pudding there . Very reasonable prices so expect us again anytime .

We visited today as a party of 13 to celebrate my friends baby shower and her mum had a lovely cake made for her, however we were extremely disappointed to be greeted at the door by the manager who's first words were no cakes allowed! It was then confiscated from us, just incase we dared to try and eat it! After our meal we asked if we could have our cake again and order more coffees and drinks but were again told no, we could have our cake back at the door to hand out as we were leaving! The food was lovely I can not fault this, however it's the little things that make a place and for this reason I won't be visiting again! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone hoping to have a celebration there of any kind. Had we have been told this before hand we would have booked somewhere else.

Food was really nice but we went for a baby shower and had a lovely cake made. As soon as we walked in we were told no cakes. Never before have I been to a restaurant that hasn't allowed you to take a cake that's been made for an occasion. They took it off us and told us to hand pieces out at the door when we left. We asked nicely at the end if we could have it back and have some and we would order coffees but we were again told no.



Will definitely stick to la fattoria for any occasion meals where you can take your own cake with the added bonus that all the waiters join in singing and banging pans!!

We visited here on 4th March we had booked in advance as it was my Daughters baby shower to my horror we got the cake confiscated on arrival obviously the owner who made us feel very uncomfortable wanted us to purchase deserts. I ordered grilled lamb chops & when they arrived there was four very thin chops & very small but just saut├® potatoes served. I've eaten at a lot of Italian restaurants & there has always been a lovely family atmosphere & the food was served with lovely eldente vegetables. There wasn't even any garnish. Well none of the 13 girls will be eating here again The staff where lovely but obviously scared by their boss. Not a friendly place to visit
