Bespoke Cakes are a sculpted piece of art that you can eat and share with others, creating emotions from sugar, turning flour into a picture. Something personal evokes memories; creates new ones, for family occasions, bringing people together. We create cakes that move or solve a problem, for any occasion, sparking a range of emotions to all around it, whatever the event, sharing an individual piece of edible art with those you love.
Beautifully crafted cakes that defy laws of design, using motors, electronics and structures, adding a function to what would normally be a static cake, breaking boundaries of sugar craft. Each cake is bespoke, offering a unique design that the client can feel part of, making it a personal experience, from the initial design to the final product. Each cake helps to give the client and its viewers an everlasting memory or evoking a favourite thought.

So as many of you know circumstances haven’t allowed me to do too many cakes other than for friends and family for a few years, but I’m ready and raring to go again. I have my 5* food hygiene rating still, I have creativity and I’ll do my best to create a one off bespoke cake to order, please get in contact should you be looking for something in future. I had a great time at the cake oscars with some amazing friends. So grateful to be there. Unfortunately our Dragon from last year lost out in the showpiece award to the amazing Daniel and Karen Portaleo. I was lucky enough to bag myself two silvers in the illusion and sculpted categories at CI. Thank you to all the team for your support and your hard work we may not have won but to hear you all roar when your names were thrown up in lights made me truly emotional.
