We just had an amazing time at Madison restaurant in rooftop bar.me and my wife we had visited plenty of bars all over the world but we drunk the best cocktail (sexontheroof) here ....made by Szomak!!!
We ll come back again!!
Highly recommended!!!
The food was good, the team very helpful, the view amazing... a special thank to very professional Martins Dacis! We will definitely come back and we recommend this place.
Really nice rooftop bar. With fantastic view of St. Paul's Cathedral. Me and my friends have had an amazing night there last week. Nice atmosphere with nice music. There is a Dj too, staff is lovely. Maybe prices are a bit higher than usual but Defo we are going back again soon.
Perfect place, amazing view, quality music, nice staff, and the PornStar Martini is insane . I would recommend it to everyone. Had a great time here!
One of the best place I’ve been in London. Went 2 days in a row for lunch . The restaurant is v nice, amazing cocktails and the food its just perfect! Now will be coming for the Fri night out and Sunday roast, chill day when the weather gets better. Highly recommended.
Live Soul Music Sunday x deffo not soul music and not live either However the food, service, entertainment was superb there was a DJ trying to do his thang in a private cordoned area... Big laffs ... Also Big queues at bar and ladies toilets... This was 8pm ish so .... Quality of food and therefore value was great £38 per head for 3 course including 1/2 bottle of x yes would pre-book again... OpenTable... #my50th
I visited Madison on Sunday. Great atmosphere and it has an amazing view. One of the best rooftop bar in London. My friend and I went to the bar to have some drinks and we were served by Salman. He made me a clover club; haven’t tasted a good one for a long time. Also, my friend asked him to make a personalised cocktail with spiced rum and it was brilliant too. Food was great and we will definitely come back to try good cocktails again.
I love this place, get there before sunset and see incredible views of London. I love the atmosphere and the food . The staff is very friendly especially SZOMAK! He made us feel very special! Well done for him and the team!
I came to Madisons last Friday. They had good music, great service and an amazing atmosphere. Thank you to Matoush for taking care of us, nabbing us a cozy table and giving us a bunch of recommendations on the best cocktails! Will definitely come back here soon!
Had a birthday party for 80 people on Saturday and can’t fault the venue or the staff who all couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful!!
Booked an early evening table at 5pm. From being greeted at the bottom of the lift on arrival, to when we left after taking photos on the roof top, the staff were friendly, professional and very efficient. Will definitely return.
Had a great lunch. Really lovely food and good service. Buzzing atmosphere with great views. 2 comments. For a higher than average restaurant I would have expected my gin and tonic in a nicer glass than a highball that looked like it was bought in a supermarket. I realise it’s a popular and busy venue but a 2 hour table slot for a long leisurely weekend lunch with friends is very tight, especially when you’re having 3 courses as a treat. However would definitely recommend.
the views and drinks are the best! But the service in the restaurant area was terrible. Music was far to loud, felt like I was sitting in the middle of a club. The food tasted great but the service and speed was shocking! We had to ask several times to order more drinks, and missing plates of food (that we got charged for) the outside area and bar was lovely. Just a shame about the restaurant.
Visited yesterday, not cheap but worth it for something a little different. Was so hard to find though, must've done a 30 min round walk trying to find it from St Paul's tube.... when it's literally only a 5 min walk . Some better directions would be very handy. Will be back again but on a warmer day.
Gin with flat tonic, music was good but self service from the bar if you’re lucky enough to find a seat.
We had a reservation for 8.30pm on a Sunday night. When we got there, they pressured us into ordering as quickly as possible as advised that the kitchen was closing in 10 minutes.
A - why allowing a reservation so close to closing time and b - not a true fact as good was still being served when we left after 10pm.
There was 6 choices for main course, 3 of which included cauliflower cheese, they had run out of this and was given the option for Mac and cheese only. When asked if it was possible to swap for carrot which were served as a side, was informed no and that Mac and cheese was the only option.
When the food arrived, for 3 out of 5 of us, the food was warm, not acceptable when ordering a steak.
The service very poorly and the staff was rude.
We chose to celebrate a 60th birthday at Madison because it was wheelchair accessible. The morning before our reservation we called to check everything would be ok for a wheelchair user and the staff said it was.
When we arrived the lift was not working. Whilst the staff were very helpful it is humiliating having to be carried by security staff down stairs to be able to get to our table and it left a bad taste for our celebrations.
Would not recommend for anyone with mobility needs.
To say I was disappointed is an understatement I chose here as a venue for my dad's 60th bithday I have travelled from Kent across London for this venue only to be told one if my guests in the party had inappropriate footware since when is £180 plus footware not appropriate and classed as work boots?? We phoned the venue to ask and told this was ok to be told yet again the footware not ok?? I would say done waste your money nor time travelling to this place we certainly will not be coming back.
I was having a great time with friends and then people wanted to join us but they wouldn't let them come upstairs so a bounce guy told me to say that they were coming for the view.
Spent 150£ for the afternoon, was very happy until people from security came to take out our friends. The manager clearly told me "I don't give a fuck about what you are saying".
They disrespected me and the black guy at the entrance with the hat told me "we are happy to see you go". What a shame how people treat you in London.
I was happy until then, too bad for you, you are treating customers like shit.
Definately will never come back !
