Arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. Door locked, no one answered. Waited at least 10 minutes after my appointment should have started, no one came. Useless.

The atmosphere is relaxed. More importantly you are not on show as the salon is located down a side alley in the centre of Diss.

The cut and colour that my wife gets is always great and Natalie always explains if it will look slightly different due to her hair colour etc...

The wealth of experience these ladies has is invaluable, but additionally they offer service with a smile and a great cuppa!

Magenta Hair Studio is a fantastic salon. The team are so friendly and, as a newcomer to Diss and a nervous customer, they made me feel very welcome and at ease. They have given me great advice - from a new hair colour to my wedding day hairstyle - and I'm always pleased with the end result. Great value, great advice and great company!
