I am a qualified Reflexologist, registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapies (FHT) and would like to offer you the lovely therapy of REFLEXOLOGY. I am based in a quiet area of Swindon, where I will be working from my home. It is pet free.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy treating the body as a whole encompassing physical and non-physical factors. It brings balance to a body through working on the zones in the feet. By focusing on various points on the foot, hand, ear or face, Reflexology can bring relaxation, release tension, improve your wellbeing, It has been used for thousands of years; there is evidence of it being used by the Egyptians.

Is it suitable for me? This is a treatment that can be used on people of all ages and varying ailments, however, there may be occasions where Reflexology cannot be used. A consultation will be held before any treatment to ascertain if there are any contra-indications to the therapy.

Let me have your feet for an hour and all I ask of you is to relax in my comfortable, cosy chair. . . . . bliss. . . .
