We are a Health Club with studio based training and run instructor-led classes. Our instructors and personal trainers are here to help you reach your goals realistically and are here to offer you advise and support throughout your training.
We want to build a healthier community with exercise, nutrition and well-being through classes.
We have fitness classes for all levels, ages, abilities etc with Suspension Training, Hot yoga, Resistance Training, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Yoga, Pilates, and much more.
