A lovely clean restaurant /takeaway. Food was lovely, reminded me of a certain other famous food outlet beginning with M...good service and decor.

TOTAL C**TS!!! FIX UP YOUR WEBSITE, IF YOU DON'T DELIVER TO A CERTAIN POSTCODE WHY SAY YOU DO ON IT. CUSTOMER SERVICE NON-EXISTENCE AND TOTAL NONCES!!!!!

Not happy with the service from Mahmood's, management was an absolute joke. Had my food delivered from oak lane minus fries that I paid for, rang them up and was told another half hour on my fries so I asked to speak to a manager and told him i'd return the burgers which would be cold by the time my fries arrived and he should send me fresh burgers with my fries, I wasn't expecting extra burgers for free. Just expecting my food hot at the same time which is not unreasonable. He told me its not company policy and it's not his fault it's down to the branch that made and sent my order. I don't care who's fault it was, I paid for a hot meal and expected it as a meal while hot ... in the end I had to hang up on the joker cos he just kept telling me it's not company policy and it's not his fault but wasn't prepared to listen to me at all. If you ask me he needs to find another job �

Mahmood in bd7 is crap in delivery time took 1 hour 40min cancelled my order when it came taking the piss

I ordered food from here they took over a hour and half my order wasn’t in ther so I phone them back they say 10 min an I went to another hour and they stopped answering my phone and never turned up the ribbing basterds

Crap service, the tandoori pizza was very salty and on complaining the staff member at the till replied that it's their style of cooking. I was gobsmacked, will never recommend Mahmooods at Leeds Road, only eat there if you want to get sick. Disgusting attitude.
