Went into Maidenhead late today to ask advice for stocking my new temperate tank. Ruchard was extremely helpful, answered all my inane questions and I came away with my first 4 platys. Will be returning next week for second batch of fish following Richard's advice to stage the introduction of fish. Exactly the same excellent service I remember from years ago.

Very very helpful nothing to much trouble .. done so many water tests for us .. really pleasant and friendly .. would never have managed without them Harry was a star with his help and advice

Love love love this shop. We have recently started our aquarium and didn't really know much. The staff here are awesome and don't mind you asking even the really simple questions. They don't try to push sales on you but offer you the things you need to make the most of keeping fish. I have been back on a daily basis and I know if I have any questions or problems this is the place I will go to. Very happy satisfied customer

Fantastic service as usual from the staff at Maidenhead Barnstaple today. Picked up a very healthy juvenile octopus that they were happy to order in for me. Can't recommend this store enough to both beginner and expert aquarium hobbyist. Great dry goods and healthy livestock, keep up the great work!

Best advice we've ever been given from any fish shop - even refused a type of fish due to its incompatibility with our existing stocks - never had anywhere turn down sales like that! Still ended up spending a tonne of money though but will definitely be returning!

After visiting for many years it's nice to see some good quality plecos in at very reasonable price. Don was very helpful and easy to chat about fish and could do for hours. Looks like it's coming on leaps and bounds. :)
