Just a quick update for everyone.
Despite the rumours and Wyevale vacating the premises next month, we will be continuing to operate from this site for the forseeable future.

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable here! I've just bought some shrimp for my tank and they had so many to choose from! They have such a variety of fish and you can tell they are well looked after and all so healthy. Will definitely be going back!

If your looking for top quality discus this is the store to visit. I travel from Torquay just to get my discus from this maidenhead and never had any problems with them. I won't use any other aquatic store for my discus. Well worth a visit!

I've been out of the fish game for a little while due to renovations, prior to closing down my set ups this was my go to place. I visited with my mum a few weeks ago to get some platys for her tank and I was really disappointed with the quality of fish. We did come away with some platys but within 24-48 hours they were showing signs of fin rot. We've lost one and have been treating the rest ever since. No questions about the tank etc when buying which always use to happen!

Really disappointed with the health of the fish, really sad to see as I've never had a problem over the 10 years I've been using this place! I visited again last weekend for a look but sadly the fish were still the same. The koi and goldfish looked particularly lethargic with clamping fins, swimming on their side, and evident signs of disease. The big pond was ok but the smaller ones did not look good.

The layout for the bettas is not great, water pressure seemed too high in their small tanks, they use to be in with the fish amongst the store and looked happier! I feel this promotes people thinking it's ok to keep them like this at home! Shrimp in tiny little tanks too...

Such a shame and hoping this is just a bad patch otherwise I'll have to source an alternative shop for when I can set up again. I've never minded paying the prices for quality but sadly this is not the case anymore.



I've given 3 stars as usually this place is amazing but if I was a first time customer I'd have given 1 star, it just seems over the last 6 months a lot has changed and standards have slipped.

Bit confused. Staff are very knowledgeable and good selection of fish, but shrimp tanks riddled with planaria !!! Which I am told is easily treated. So why are they not.
