I visited your store yesterday to look at the corals you had. I was very disapointed to see Aiptasia in some of the tanks. Hence I left the store without buying anything because it's absolutley not worth the risk!



I do get it, it's tough to eliminate once it's established but by allowing it into a fish store you are spreading the problem! Especially to those who are new to the hobby and thus unknowingly introduce this to there own tanks and don't realize until it's gone too far and out of control.



In my mind it's almost criminal. After all, you would actually benefit from selling the solutions to resolve the infestation.



Anyway other than this. Your store is great with helpful knowlegable staff which is why I had to give a poor review. This is a dedicated fish store and you should know better. Anyway, I'd be happy to come back when theres no Aiptasia.

Can't fault this place! The staff are number 1 for advice and help. They have never let me down and always able to advise. The stock is fantastic quality, we have never had a problem with a single fish, or plant. The one time we did, with a tank, they were so helpful and got onto the manufacturers for a replacement part within the next day.

Always great for a visit, for both fish, accessories and a chat! I found some danio tiniwini there today and left with half a dozen and an excellent light for my nano tank also! Thanks guys and see you soon!

Visited today with my husband and walked away feeling a little deflated. He wanted to return one of a pair of honey gourami's (without wanting a refund) as the bigger of the pair had started to incessantly hassle the smaller one. He had phoned up asking for advice without really getting a concrete answer and so came in to store to return the fish. The guy on the counter didn't have the knowledge base, which is fair enough but after shooting off to ask 'someone who knows more' came back within about 15 seconds with a shrug that it's typical gourami behaviour. One couldn't help but get the impression that he'd just been told to essentially move us along. We returned the fish, but felt like our query and my husband's concern was an unwelcome annoyance. He has purchased all his fish from here in the past and will no longer do so.
