Super helpful and gives lots of advice every time i go. Don't try to force things on you for a sell either they explain the pro's and con's of everything and are very knowledgeable. nice to have a chat with fish folk who actually know what they are talking about. Will be returning this weekend for fish and more plants to add to my tank!

I was very pleased with the service and it was like he had all the time you needed to advise you on what fish to get, what lives with what and even gave me advice on my current set up and what to change! I would like to take this opportunity to thank Laurie, Ricky and the team at Maidenhead for all their help and advice, particularly in respect of our recent filter pump breakdown. These guys really know their stuff and go that extra mile to help us out in maintaining our koi and pond. Highly recommend for all fish/koi and pond support.

I have just been into your store, as I was worried about my nitrite and nitrate levels - I am a beginner at fish keeping - and the guy who helped me was awesome. He didn't make me buy anything I didn't need to and has (in my opinion) gone above and beyond to help me sort this issue. Unfortunately I couldn't see a name tag, and didn't think to ask! But wanted to pass my praise on. I'll be back as advised on Thursday, and hope firstly my water issues are sorted and secondly the help I receive then is as good. One happy customer :)

Hi all just a short note to say how I feel about all the cards and well wishes I have received, due to the fact I was off over Christmas and January after having an operation on my arm. Bought a fish from there last Saturday and have had a complete tank wipeout not happy

Treated appallingly over the weekend. Given wrong advice that cost us a fortune ! Staff just not interested or have limited knowledge, maybe both. Been buying fish and equipment from here for a few years, but won't go back. Rather travel to chichester or Titchfield
