Here, at Maidenhead Aquatics at Merton, we take great pride in the health and quality of our livestock, with over 100 beautifully maintained aquariums fully stocked with a great selection of cold water, tropical and marine fish.
For the tropical aquarium all your favourites are well represented. Beautiful Livebearers including guppies, platies, swordtails and mollies in a variety of colours with new colour forms often available. Other favourites include angel fish and gouramis, corydoras catfish, etc . We also have a large selection of tetras and if you look close enough you are sure to find the odd treasure!
Our salt water systems house an array of stunning Marine Fish, Corals and critters and regular deliveries ensure there is always something new.
A large selection of associated equipment is available from leading brands such as JBL, Fluval and AquaManta, Red Sea, New Era, Bubble Magus, D-D, Tmc aqua ray etc as well as aquariums of all shapes and sizes . Tank decor is available including live plants and aquascaping materials from natural rock and bogwood to castles and shipwrecks!
For the pond and water gardening enthusiast, we have pond fish including Japanese koi. In season, we also sell a wide range of pond plants, waterfalls, liners and pumps. Expert advice from our friendly staff ensures you get off to the best start when setting up a new aquarium and reassures you that help is always at hand when required.

With signs of Spring everywhere, now is a great time to start algae control measures for your pond – if you use a holistic algae controller such as barley straw or phosphate remover, consider adding these now before your algae starts to grow. The early season lag to plant growth means that blanket weed and green water can steal a march before the competition starts in earnest.
