Maidenhead Aquatics At Shrewsbury

Hi everyone please could I have your help in identifying these people and tell them they may want to return the pump that they forgot to pay for.
yesterday morning they went out without paying for a 11500 oase aquamax classic pump worth ┬Ż254.99 and also came back to try and leave with a fluval 206 and 406 external filter luckily I stopped him that time but didnŌĆÖt realise that the oase pump had already gone

The role involves aiding in the day to day maintenance of the store including caring for the wide variety of livestock that we carry and serving customers. As a Full time sales assistant, the job will require the following;

┬Ę Greet all our customers in an articulate, approachable and friendly manner to maintain our high standards of customer care.
┬Ę Communicate your fishkeeping knowledge clearly to customers with varying levels of experience and maintain our policy of responsible fishkeeping.
┬Ę Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
┬Ę Complete sales correctly and efficiently ensuring customers leave the store fully satisfied.
┬Ę Getting merchandise out onto the shop floor, organizing stock neatly on the shelves and making sure it's correctly priced and available.
┬Ę Be self-motivated, positive and organised.
┬Ę Be reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic to learn.

Shocking service. Given my husband the complete run around regarding ordering an aquarium. Unable to fulfil an order & apparently they donŌĆÖt know how to do a refund, when the card payment has gone to ŌĆ£Maidenhead AquaticsŌĆØ. We will not be shopping there again & now seeking legal action to get money back.

Rude, Ill informed and refused to refund inoperative pump! Although they have legal obligation to do so. Thank god for Mere Park, Shrewsbury staff need a long hard look at themselves. So far up their own backsides it's unreal! Seems the first five star reviews on here include the manager? What a joke don't be fooled by these FAKE REVIEWS.
