We have a lovely selection of F1 African Cichlids in store at the moment. If you are a lover of African Cichlids, I suggest you come down and have a look.

Due to essential maintenance work the Soft Play will be closed on Friday 15th June. The Coffee shop will still be open for business. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

very good place and knowledgeable staff. Visited yesterday to get some bits for my first tank, although I had done my research it was good that they were able to help when I had a questions about what I needed. The shop has a range of stock and is large compared to most shops I've been in. The fish are amazing here (although one was dead in its tank) and I loved looking at the huuugeee tank. They have a café and soft play area for kids which is good!

Thank you for helping us find the purple emperor tetra we wanted. They are nicely settled in now.

I would like to say what great service I received from the staff at Maidenhead on Saturday they were all very friendly and put themselves out to answer all my questions. I spoke to stuart and Russell regarding some corals I was interested in and they answered all my questions. This allowed me to purchase some excellent stock for my tank. Kay the manager was also very efficient and courteous when I payed as i asked a few more questions. This store has the best stock for all types of aquatics and excellent dry goods something for everyone. I would recommend Kay and her staff to anyone that was looking to get into aquatics or were looking for new stock. TOP SHOP.

I brought several Chichlids nearly 3 weeks ago, 1 being a holding female. I now have 8 fry. � Thank you for singling her out for me.

First time here .. Great for young kids . Soft play and fish feeding .. Nice food , clean and not packed out of screaming children

Excellent staff with a fantastic selection of fish, we stock our tank and pond here on a regular basis

Excellent shop for all things aquatic. Children can feed some very hungry fish and enjoy some soft play too. There is a small cafe too.

Absolutely fantastic staff, super friendly, always available for advice and very knowledgeable about all their products and fish

I wouldn't trust anyone else with regards to advice on my marine reef tank. The guys at St Albans are always very friendly and have always been available with practical advice. I probably spend an unhealthy amount of time looking after my tank and wouldn't go anywhere else for corals.

A must visit for any marine customer!

Disappointing visit today - over the past few months I have been after additional filter socks & there are still none in stock. I was a little disappointed on the customer service today. I went in for some Coral Pro salt to find they had none on the self. I asked at the counter if they had anymore to be met with a gentlemen who also looked on the self & said no they had none. Rather than saying can I order some for you, or say go online to our store I was presented with a shrug of his shoulder and a blank expression of "what do you want me to do?"

I run a business & if my employees offered this lever of service I would be mortified.

Since then I got in the car & ordered it on the Charteehouse app. Not very impressed.

Great place to bring the little ones, we have a look at the fish & other aquatic creatures, & the small softplay area is free for the kids � and the parents can grab a coffee whilst they play � the food there is average cafe food.

Great soft play area and space for kids to feed the fish but the food in the cafe is distinctly average.

The fish in the Tanks appeared to be very hungry? To encourage children to pay to feed or to keep the fish on the surface,either way not nice to see.!

Usually very helpful, visited today with our little boy to purchase a fish, extremely unhelpful staff who completely ignored us just weren't interested in helping us at all. What should have been a really nice trip for our little boy to by a new fish ended up in us walking out after 30 minutes of getting no where. Terrible experience.

Light broken on bio orb, pump cable too thick for the bio orb even though it’s the one recommended by your sales team & our centre piece ornament we bought doesn’t even fit in the tank!

If I could I would give them a zero star grade!!!! Poor customer service delivered by Manager yesterday. I had to pay double amount of money for my shopping... Now Im awaiting to get my money back!!!! The lady was really harsch, chaotic, - dnt listening to me while I was trying to explain to her my point of view. Im still sad about that situation. I've wasted almost an hour and finally it was me who found the solution. After all they dnt gave me any disscount to compensate it, even that they know by now that it wsnt my fault, but their incompetence. Highly dnt recommend that shop!
