What an absolute gem of a shop. All of the staff are so helpful and positive, and really know their stuff. We've been in the process of setting up a tropical tank, and they've guided us through every step along the way. Their advice alone is worth a visit, not to mention all the gorgeous fish they have on sale, with new stock being added constantly. Customer service is second to none. If you have even a passing interest in fish-keeping and live in the area, pay this place a visit.

The guys are not only friendly and knowledgable they have embraced my need for monster fish and oddballs by importing fish for me that are not bread and butter stock. It is fast becoming my favourite aquatic shop and all credit to the boys for the way they have taken the shop from a new build to established aquatic store. Thanks fellas
The chaps at Maidenhead Aquatics are really helpful. They went above and beyond to help with our first marine tank. It was ready for us to pick up with everything we needed. They offer excellent advice about what works in the tank and what you shouldn't have. It's just coming to 2 weeks and I can't wait to go and get some clean up crew.

I recently purchased an aquatropic 160 from these guys and I have had excellent support throughout my first week of setting it up etc James was very helpful via messages about my CF3 filter and in store today, Dan was really great at helping me with some questions I had x I would deffinatly recommend maiden head aquatics at summer hill!

Great fish, nicely laid out and lovely staff members. Purchased Columbian Tetras today, they settled in nicely with my Scissor Tails and Angels. The brown koi was adorable, thanks for the chat!

Excellent customer service! We went there today to buy a new Betta and came out with a Betta and a new tank (trust me their tanks are to die for!!!).
The gentleman working today was on his own but he made time for each and every customer that came into the shop, it was very clean in there and all the fish looked amazing!
I will definitely be going there in future! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
