Staff are actually amazing always up for taking the time to make sure you understand, very supportive and helpful, never made to feel silly for asking questions been twice now (and Iv been to many fish shops while preparing to get fish!) won't be going anywhere else now the customer service is outstanding, truly care about their fish and nothing is too much trouble!

Josh and all of the staff are fantastic. This is the friendliest aquatic shop I have ever been in (and I have visited many over time) and as a result I have been shopping here for years.

The staff knowledge is great, the selection of fish is really good and the new coral tanks are a great addition. The coral frags are great value and highly recommended.
