A real step back in time....but what a selection and great service

This is a really good shop. It looks small from the outside but has several annex rooms inside, allowing it to stock a good variety of kits, equipment and consumables.

Very friendly owner, gives good advice and evidently cares about beer/winemaking! As such, they can give first hand reviews of the kits available.

Doesn't deliver: it's worth a drive over to get stuff though, and there is decent on-street parking outside.

Items I bought: assorted grains, hops and yeast for beer brewing.
Prices are equal to or cheaper than I've seen elsewhere for the same items.

Will definitely be returning for future purchases.

Lovely little store. Great choice for beginner and advanced enthusiasts. Friendly and knowledgeable staff not pushing you into buying stuff that you won't need. Highly recommended, I will be coming back.

new to brewing went to shop to find a very well stocked shop and the wonderfull Pat who sold me what i needed to get me started and i must say cheaper than ebay too. its a wonderfull shop and great knowledge from the owner i cant stay away . in fact im going again today lol you wont find a better home brewing shop for miles

What a discovery! Maidstone Wine Making Centre is a tardis of everything home-brew. Patt is the boss-lady who knows her stuff and offers some tasters of the beer they have brewed. This is the largest variety of home-brew kits I have ever seen in one place. From the common everyday Coopers to the new unknown (lovely tasting) kits with American hops and more.

I am not local but I will soon be back for advice and stock. Well done Patt. Your shop is now my go-to place for inspiration.
