Sooo my 2 weeks results are here π Had a few Easter treats so I'm Pretty pleased with these, lost 2 inches from my hips, waist and thighs. Looking forward to my next set of results, back on track and feeling 1000% better π
Today snack: mixed tomato, green pepper, tofu and chilli salad. Followed by choccy orange shake πππΏ

Sooooo just to fill you in.... Here was my food diary for the weekend, plus my 2 lunchtime shakes & snacks. You can mix it up and use your Elite plant protein powder in smoothie bowls and porridge as well. It's so versatile and yummy ππΏ

β ONLY LOOK BACK TO SEE HOW FAR YOU HAVE COME π€ 36 weeks VS 16 weeks PP& 3 stone down.
So on the left that was me at 36 weeks pregnant. I still had 2 more weeks to go! On the right is 2 nights before I had willow. I was pretty βmassiveβ while I was pregnant and people just loved reminding me π€£ππΌ in the last few weeks I blew up Kim k style. With enough water retention to sink Noahβs ark. I also wasnβt ...allowed to workout while I was pregnant and before that I had just had my LAP operation so couldnβt then either. At 38 weeks weeks I then went though labour got to 10 cm and then had a crash section with general anaesthetic. My body reacts horribly to a GA. I weighed MORE after having willow then I did full term I blew up like a BALLOON. I was un recognisable. I had 3.5 stone to lose. I havenβt put heaps of pressure on myself Iβm breastfeeding, a new mum,recovering from a major opp and then an infection due to leaving some placenta in me. THE JOYS. Iβve concentrated on healthy and used our BUMP TO BODY BACK bundle. I still have half a stone to go and LOTS of toning up to do. I donβt know if Iβll ever get back to a 24 inch waist. But I know I just want to feel comfortable in my own skin. 9 weeks until our first family holiday I want to feel the best I can. Wish me luck ... ππΌβ
