Visited last night. Amazing food and good menu choices. Meals arrived quickly and all together. Brilliant service, nothing too much trouble for the staff. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Definitely would recommend and visit again.

This is one of the nicest Indians I’ve ever been to the food was amazing all the staff were lovely and friendly. The restaurant was beautiful. This is a place I would recommend to all my friends. Can’t wait to come back soon xx

Our 2nd takeaway absolutely loved its again trying something different every week good service can’t wait till next Saturday will have to come down to your restaurant would recommend to everyone

The place was lovely and clean and had great deco.



Despite the fact that they were very busy ,there was always someone going around asking us if we needed anything!



Food was good..no oils floating on top of the curry. Nans were great. Lovely and soft.



I throughly enjoyed the evening and look forward to going back again.

Would go as far to say the best Indian restaurant I've ever been to

6th visit on Friday. We were well looked after by friendly, attentive staff and the food was excellent, as always. Food arrived in good time, our table of 8 all received our meals together and we had a great evening. Excellent value for money - very happy 😊

1st tome in tonight, must say service first class and the food is delicous, will be returning

Lovely food and great service was really impressed with my first visit, only downside it was very, very noisy (a Thursday) but will definitely visit again.

Loved it .... went with family they all enjoyed there meal staff was pleasent & sevice spot on been 3 times & will go again ..

First visit. Beautiful food very well presented. Great surroundings and atmosphere. Attentive staff, nothing was too much for them and we were greeted by the owner. Well done all of you. I will be back. Highly recommended. ⚒🕵🏽

First food from Mailks - had a takeaway. Very, Very good food - hot and very tasty. Only not given 5 stars as I clearly said I was very allergic to bell peppers, assured there would be none - but they were in the salad under the Sheek kebab, which fortunately I spotted before I ate any which would not have been good to put it mildly, - Therefore I couldn't eat my starter.

Although my husband and I are regular customers of Maliks and have loved every experience, I personally feel that when they have an excessive amount of reservations it becomes so overwhelming for the staff that they forget to communicate with each other when diners request a specific table. The booking system doesn’t seem to tally with the hand written reservation list that they have on the night.



Having said that though, the food is superb, the decor is gorgeous and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It was some consolation, however, that with our recent experience both managers apologised for what happened.



It won’t put us off dining here though as it really is a lovely place!

First time here this evening must agree with Jayne we booked for 6.30pm had popadoms hadn't finished and the waiter came and said your main course is here , have you finished !! Main course arrived it was ok ish, I had a break in eating and the waiter was there again have you finished!! Not great service overall , plus never seen so many chefs having a fag break outside, lovely decor but sorry wouldn't return

we waited over 5 minutes before they even brought us the menu. Then we had to ask twice for the glasses. The accompaniments that came with the popadums were onions and a thick stodgy yogurt dip, quite tasteless, no chutneys or other dips. the theme for this place is quantity, getting in as many people as possible and forgetting about the quality. Also the bill doesnt break down the cost of the individual items, just gives total cost. Food was very bland, I've cooked better myself and needless to say we won't be going back anytime soon or even ever!!!

We booked the table for 8pm arrived on time and was seated within a few minutes. We were asked if we wanted poppadoms and they came within a minute. As we were eating those we were asked what we wanted to order but hadn’t even had time to look at the menus. We asked them to come back , but within minutes they were there asking again. We asked if we could have time between the starter and main course but they came out five minutes after we had finished our starters .. the same pattern repeated. Constantly rushing us which was meant to be a relaxing meal for my best friends and my partner .. totally ruined the evening. We expected to spend the majority of the evening having a relaxing meal only to be done and dusted in an hour and 10 minutes. So we did complain but I honestly don’t think they’ve took it on board I don’t feel like they were listening to us. From reading previous reviews it seems to be a common problem!! They food is ok. I have had better. And I feel if they carry on with this attitude to their customers they won’t continue to keep them. They’ve had their chance with me . If you run a business your main priority is your customer and that they are happy to make your business a success. I feel in time it will be a has been !!

Shop was set up very nice but unfortunately the food was terrible me and my wife ordered chicken curry and it looked mashy and tasted sweet. It wasn't cooked fresh. Never will be returning.
