Maternity TENS machines are recommended by midwives as one of the safest, most effective, drug-free forms of pain relief during labour. Many midwives recommend our MamaTENS and MamaTENS MyTime machines for their range of benefits - particularly in early labour - as they enable mothers to remain mobile and upright, which aids descent and dilation, and provides a completely drug-free and more natural form of pain relief.
Mothers would also recommend TENS machines as a safe, drug-free and easy-to-use alternative form of pain relief from both the onset of labour, through to managing after-birth pains and subsequent post-pregnancy backache. The machines enable mothers to remain in-control and mobile during usage, and can be safely used in conjunction with analgesics such as pethidine or standard gas, and for post-episiotomy pain relief.
We also provide a range of digital thermometers and continence management machines to provide you with further care after the birth of your baby.
