very good customer service. asked for eggs to be cooked well done yesterday and one of them came runny. I spoke to the manager who couldn't apologise enough - which then has given me a free breakfast this morning and even threw in a piece of chocolate cake (which my son devoured so must of been very nice) the breakfast was very nice and no faults. the only problem was the runny egg but they were kind enough to fix that and make me a full breakfast this morning and the manager delivered it himself apologising again. thank you again mamas kitchen for putting it right�

Why are people trying to rip this place in half they work so hard and yes sometimes it does get very busy the food is freshly cooked so does take time so please just be patient instead of all the negative comments. We do are best to please everybody. Thank you.

Top quality food, would recommend the club sandwich, great variety of choices for jacket potatoes.

Recently, we discovered that Mama's Kitchen will deliver to our offices. We have now had 3 orders from them and, the food is outstanding. No request is considered a hassle and the food arrives fresh, hot and with a friendly smile!



The prices are great and menu choice, second to none.



We now have a new favourite lunch spot and the odd cheeky breakfast

Ordered 2 roast dinners, 1 for me and 1 for my son, food arrived within the time I was given, having a fussy 10 year old and usually doesn’t eat food like this unless home cooked, he ate the lot!!! I really enjoyed my meal, meat cooked to perfection, deserts were amazing, will deffo be ordering again!! Thank guys u made my Sunday an easy one!!

Had my first breakfast delivery order yesterday since I sold the shop. Had no problems at all. The food was lovely and my poached eggs still runny. Keep up the good work �

Had a breakfast delivered amazing on time and worth every penny I think some of the reviews are fake trying to put this hard family run business down so if your reading all the reviews I wouldn’t take much notice just try it if you don’t like don’t use them again but I’ve had breakfasts Sunday lunches never an issue

Don't usually like Hashbrowns, but after my breakfast this morning I think I will definitely try them again : ) lovely breakfast thank you.

I have had a few minor errors here. Usually the time on delivery, the longest wait was 3 hours (it was the app that had crashed I didn't call) but the food is great, and so are the delivery drivers, obviously apologising for the wait and knocking money from my order.

I know it has bad reviews but ill still order as they are still a business and this business relies on locals for trade, there is nothing wrong with the food or the customer service, the wait is a long time but remember, everyone who works there are human, and humans make errors, I know I do �

Burger was ok, nothing special so have no clue as to why they are ‘famous’



The lasagne looked like a sloppy joe, Absolutely nothing like the pic advertised.

Shame really as the taste wasn’t half bad,

the onions in the lasagne were all diff shapes and sizes (I’d guess they are frozen onions unless the chef needs to go back to college) spoilt the meal really as at times all you got was a mouth full of onions that weren’t fully cooked.



me and my son was hungry so we ate it, would prob order again but not the lasagne as I love lasagne and it was disappointing, and as any good chef knows that people eat with their eyes.

Good but not worth the wait ! .

Sunday roasts with 2 beef , tender and tasty, and 2 lamb . Unfortunately the long 2.5hr wait and the mix up with the orders took the edge of it. Ordered in what i thought was plenty of time at 4.30pm and asked for delivery at 5.30 they said it may be slightly later i said that's fine im not to 10 mins or so . However when it hadnt arrived at 6.30 we were starving . When it did arrive at 6.45pm it was only half the order which meant another call and another 40mins before the rest if the order arrived. Maybe if you are going to give them a try, pick it up yourself.

Tried to order breakfast via Facebook which didn’t work, twice, so rang up, no answer the first time, and finally after trying for nearly 40 minutes to order food when i finally got through they said they had stopped doing delivery at half two, by this time it was three o’clock and I was still trying to put an order in (placed my first order at 14:10) and because of their crappy app and incompetence, I’ve wasted all this time trying to order food to still be sat here starving, disappointed doesn’t even come close.

So I ordered my food at about 10am when it had finally arrived at 20 past 11 it turned up and I've never paid for worse food... bland and horrible. The chips were half cold and the chicken and mayo barm was just horrendous. Honestly don't order from here, it's just not worth it.

Over 2 hours for food to arrive! When it came half the order was missing and the breakfast was bad at best! The delivery man was a lovely lad who couldn't apologise enough! Would advise people to stay clear of this shambles!

Just had a delivery of 5 toast dinners. Took just short of 2 hours to arrive after our order. My box had the smallest cut of chicken and a burnt Yorkshire pudding. Kids refused to eat theirs so they went in the bin and I only ate mine as I was so hungry after waiting, the only positive thing I could say is it was hot when it arrived. I'm not one to moan generally but it was pretty dire... I would not recommend mamas kitchen and I will not be using them again.

I ordered a jacket potato this morning at 11:45 to come for 12:45 as I only had 30 mins for my dinner. It came at 1pm. So not only did i give an hours notice for it to be delivered it still came late.

It then arrived with no apology for being late and it cost me £5!!!

£5 for a jacket potato and a side salad that I didn’t even ask for!

I wasn’t aware that I would now get charged for delivery as last time I ordered I didn’t get charged as I am a business. I opened the box and the jacket potato looked old and was all hard.

This isn’t what I expected when I ordered.

Waiting an hour an 15 mins I expected it to be fresh as it doesn’t even take that long to be cooked from fresh. I wasn’t keen last time I ordered but decided to give it another go. Needless to say I will not be ordering again
