Was taken here for my birthday. First time for me. Interesting place, decor is amazing. A little too dark for me, but it's all about the food which was delicious. Definitely will go again.

User

Simply the best shisha place in London! Much BETTER than the other Mamounia in Mayfair! Huge recommendation and sincere thanks to the shisha guy Farag and the manager Zake for taking care of our "Asahi Gang"!

User

Maximum number of stars for maximum of impressions of Mamounia Lounge.

Amazing food which comprises many amazing Arabic flavors.

Great and always super friendly and helpful stuff- to be honest you cannot ask for more !!! :-)

User

Lovely place! Great location, great setting, fantastic service and absolutely wonderful food! Would definitely recommend this place and also come back!

User

Loved this place. So cosy and classy. Cocktails were amazing. Great location, Harrods is a stones throw away! Yes the food is pricey but you get what you pay for, there's a reason why food is cheap! Staff were lovely and attentive. Would definitely recommend!

User

I went with my special friend as part of her birthday celebrations. We both enjoyed our time...loved the food, decor and service.

User

I read about this place about a week ago and it caught my eye because they do a halal afternoon tea... Which is a rarity in itself. As my best friend has wanted to go to tea for ages and we were coming to London for her birthday it was like killing two birds with one stone. I didn't really expect much. I thought it would be halal sandwiches and some cake but it was stunning. No sandwiches as we know them but a lovely flatbread with halloumi and an assortment of traditional south Asian savoury snacks such as samosas and spring rolls. We also had an assortment of baklava which I usually love anyway. It was the best baklava I've ever had. Also some macarons and a yoghurt shot which had three different flavours. It was a revelation! Truly enjoyed the food and the staff were also great... Especially our waiter. I was especially glad we could take away our leftovers and can't wait to go back... This time for an evening meal

User

Had the afternoon tea - very different / unique and delicious! Amazing service as well! Very happy with my experience.

User

Great location for a pre or post museum lunch / dinner as bang opposite Harrods.

I was surprised as to how reasonable the prices are especially for its location, can definitely eat for approx ┬Ż30 for dinner , plus they run specials.

I love Lebanese food, so they were always onto a sure thing, the starters included all my favourites and were authentic and very filling with hummus, cheese & lamb pastries with a side of tabouleh to keep it healthy.

For my main , I had a chicken tagine, it was full of meat with plenty of spice and the potatoes were fluffy and light. There was so much meat that I had to order a doggy bag to go!!

There was even a belly dancer providing some pre dinner entertainment . There were a couple of groups to the rear of the restaurant, it's a good option for groups dinning as everyone can share.

A great Lebanese option in central London, will definitely return.

User

Fabulous night with my husband. Staff are super friendly. Food delicious and surprised with live DJ and belly dancer while in there. All in all a lovely restaurant which I would recommend.

User

Excellent food, great service, lovely warm atmosphere, quite exotic! Good value special lunch menu, although we just chose what we liked, chicken pastille & taboulleh salad to start, lamb tagine & butter cous cous as main. You could cut the lamb with a spoon - delicious ’┐Į

User

Absolutely top notch food and service, highly recommended

User

The location is spot on. It's great for land mark pics such as standing next to Harrods, or across the road so you get a full pic of the famous department store.

The food is amazing. I couldn't fault any of it. The bread was warm and fluffy, the food was cooked to perfection and the presentation was picture perfect.

The decoration and design inside makes you really believe you've stepped into a Middle Eastern country.

What let this place down was lack of information. You need to be a member to smoke shisha on the roof top of the restaurant but not one single employee mentioned this. You can't sign up to be member. It's at the managers discretion. There are a few tables outside the main entrance of the restaurant and a maximum of 6 people can sit there but of course everyone wants to go on the roof top.

I would have given this a 5 star rating had communication been better with regards to shisha.

The belly dancer is pretty and she's worth watching.

User

Great service and a fantastic atmosphere. Try the slow coocked lamb Meshoui. Plenty of mocktails but a better selection of deserts would be good. Excellent Moroccan tea.

User

Great food, attentive staff and, overall, a very nice atmosphere. The portions were generous as were the drink measures. I would very happily recommend Mamounia to others and look forward to going there again

User
