Went last night for my birthday. Had a lovely table for the 14 guests and myself, the atmosphere was incredible, the singers, belly dancers, the music! The food was unbelievable and our waitress Wassima was just brilliant, attentive and helpful. The food isn't rushed out but it allows you to enjoy the atmosphere and surroundings between courses. 10/10 thank you for a perfect evening!!

Very good shisha available from this lounge - truly enjoyed the time spent

The best place in London for shisha and food, I've been there many times and I love their food, cocktails and the terrace outside with shisha! The staff is very professional and friendly in the same time so it's giving a very comfortable feeling! I highly recommend this lounge to entertain yourself and your friends!

Thankyou to the waitor who gave such good service. His service made our meal enjoyable unlike the other staff.

Belly dancers and live music entertainment was beyond my expectations as of the food too!

I will highly recommend it to anyone interested in having a memorable Arabian night in the heart of London.

I agree with Surayya below, we received excellent service from Ahmed he was helpful and looked after us the whole night. The only downside is not having the merguez in the individual mixed grill. I really enjoyed the saffron cheesecake it was an amazing dessert! The live music was great and the decor stunning.

Food grilled to perfection, smoothest hummus I've ever had and the chocolate fondant was incredible. My favourite place for middle eastern food and shisha in London by far

Visited yesterday while on my London trip, the place is amazing and the food and cocktails were great.

Shisha was great to�, only criticism I would say would be to have proper lighting in the toilet.

We've been to several shisha bars all over the world so we are able to compare and know what is really good and what not.



The shisha costs 45£ which makes 52€. A shisha this expensive should be absolutely perfect. It should taste good and last a long time. The most expensive shisha I ever had did cost 12€ and was the best as well. Great in taste through out smoking and also lasted 3 hours. Not like the one we got last night. After just a view minutes the taste was gone and also she didn't really last long. Maybe just an half hour. So we were pretty dissappointed. Also because we waited a longer time to get a seat outside. I mean, seriously. 45£? For what? You offer a normal tabacco. Starbuzz isn't even special.



My 3 stars are for the atmosphere, the food and the service. The two taking care of us yesterday were very friendly. The service was also pretty fast. The food was really good although we just had starters. I really enjoyed the falafel since mostly they turn out dry but the ones we got were very tasty.



All in all I would not return and also would not recommand stopping by for shisha. Maybe just for the food. But there are better bars for smoking.

We sat down and were offered water by the waitress. Thinking it was complimentary, we said yes. On the bill it showed we were charged for a big bottle of water we didn’t even need 😒 food was nice. I ordered a chicken tagine and cous cous which was actually nice but the mixed grill portion was way too small. We ordered virgin strawberry mojitos for £8 each which were really really really bad. Tasteless. Decor was beautiful and they were nice enough to give us prayer mats to pray downstairs. Didn’t like the bar/alcohol.

Firstable they advertising on their web site that they closing at 1.30am and one of the staff already wanted to kick us out before 1am as he told us they are already closing. When we asked him why they advertising wrong time no one say anything to us that they closing at this time as we came at 12.20am and none of the staff didn't say anything and just walked away. Later on they were keeping staring and standing behind our backs to making us to feel uncomfortable without letting us to finish our drinks and Shisha. Staff were asking my friends if we were their girlfriends which we didint get point why the staff asking this of customers. We felt that we been discriminate as well as none of the staff asked us if we are ok and if we need anything else. Also staff were really impolite and the money what the payed it's just not worth it to come back ever again. Really disappointed of this place and customer service.

If someone would like to have a good time in Central London I wouldn't recommend this place to go...

We were also annoyed with the staff pressuring us to order more food and drinks although we agreed a minimum cover charge per person anyway....all in all very disappointing night and will never go back.

One of my friends arrived 10 minutes before us and asked if she could sit down outside to wait for us as we were 6 minutes away and she had walked to the restaurant in heels. When she did sit down one of the waiters kept hitting on her even after she told him to stop and that she was married. He flirted with her in front of us even though she was clearly uncomfortable.



Dinner was decent enough- the mixed grill was nothing special, the prawns were nice but the chicken tagine was very bland and we only ate a few bites of it. Throughout dinner the service was very poor, it took is ages to get someone to our table even though there was only one other table occupied in the restaurant. We felt very rushed and were continuously reminded that we only had 2 hours, even though it was a very slow night.



The kicker was what happened when we got our bill. We all agreed that we wouldn't pay the service charge as we weren't happy with our experience- without the charge our bill came to £320.



We were asked to come in and explain why we weren't paying the service charge to to the receptionist. After explaining our reasons, the only thing he said to us was' do you know that you are in Mayfair?' He was incredibly rude and condescending and completely ruined our night



Will definitely not be coming here again. Don't waste your time coming to this branch and go to the one in Knightsbridge where you will be treated decently
