My son was a tad picky but he enjoyed what he ate.

What a lovely little gem this cafe is and well worth the petrol money from newmarket. Met up with lynda and Mike who introduced us to the world of carvery in Manea. The meat is amazing and very tasty. The veg was cooked just how we like it. To be honest we couldn't find any faults. Staff are friendly and polite and made us all feel welcome. Can't wait to venture over to one of your steak nights. Well worth the money and you will be mad not to try it.

We would like to say a massive thank you to Rob and Molly, this evenings meal was fantastic, you really did go above and beyond to make it a special meal, and to top it off made me some beautiful pies to take away, your service and customer care is exceptional :)

We went for Sunday Roast was very very good food fresh veg good meats Yorkshire puddings big . We will be back , staff very friendly as well

We have a lovely meal last night at the manea meat and eat, it was our first time visiting and was just perfect, they even made the effort to cut the tomatoes into love hearts � and the steak was to die for I definitely need more of that in my life, cannot wait to come again and we'll done to the 2 ladies that did it all last night, I sure couldn't do it! �

We had the best Sunday carvery with u guys today. Thank u so much for making us feel so welcome. The food was so perfectly cooked. I especially loved the leeks in cream and cheese sauce. ��

Took the two rug rats, niece and grandpa for our first visit. Kids were restless so Dave and the team put kids TV on for them whilst they waited for their lunch. As for the food, I think the fact that the empty plates around the table said enough! Looking forward to the next visit.....tempted to try that Monster Burger!

Sunday carvary was spot on, food was lovely, staff brilliant and plate was well full. Well worth a visit. Brilliant to have something like this in our village.

Just had a lovely ham, eggs and chips........followed by a cheeky piece of chocolate cake. Waited on fantastically with my own individual table being brought over to me as the place was full. Felt like royalty lol and to top it off purchased a scotch egg for later, which is worth the visit on its own.

I hope your good start continues and the Sunday carvery is a success also.

Id eat here every day if I could :D had the blue cheese burger omg was to die for and the breakfasts are fantastic!!

Had our first visit and we'll definitely be back. Looks fun and inviting, with a warm welcome and friendly service. I'm usually a no meat no meal kinda gal but my vegetarian friends please note that the menu was so tempting I ended up choosing sweet potato and avocado hash which were deliciously tempered by roasted vine tomatoes and the best poached eggs I've ever had. Himself opted for the large breakfast and he too was suitably sated and pleased with his brekkie. As we were too early for the burgers we popped into the butchers and bought 3 packs for a tenner so that's dinner sorted for a couple of nights ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a regular size breakfast here this morning and that was plenty for me and I love food!! It was a good price and was fresh, non greasy and arrived at the table within 10-15mins of ordering!!! Having been there twice already- the cafe is always busy and the staff are always happy to help!! Im already thinking of who else I can take and look forward to what this place offers in the future :-)

For a village Café/Bistro you just cannot get better than this place, plus! the staff are only to happy to help if your needs differ and it's very relaxed.. Don't believe me!, then go and try for yourself. Also a very good Menu. :) Great Breakfasts/Lunches Wednesday to Sunday with Thurs Eve Pizza nights ( which are out of this world ..trust me and all freshly made).Friday nights is Steak night and can highly recommend but if you want alcohol you can take your own. Children of course get spoilt and they will do parties if you ask. Pick up a menu after your first visit while noting the telephone number. Booking your Sunday lunch is a Carvery of 4 diff meats/veg with enormous Yorkshire puds..ummm! fab-u-lous.. Great prices, good value and saves you doing the washing up.. Should try this little village dream as you will want to go back.. :)

Best breakfast in a long while. Our kids are fussy and wanted chips and the chef was kind enough to do chips as a one off :) very much appreciated. Food was lovely staff lovely and helpful. Cartoons on Tele for kids kept them quiet while waiting. Can't wait to try the carvery :)

A perfect very exclusive Valentines evening - and the best steak we've had in a LONG time! Lovely setting. Great food :-)
