NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE.
I have bought several accessories, two of which were shown to be "back-ordered". It has been more than 2 months now, and I still don't even have an estimated delivery date.
They do not communicate in any way.
Just taking your money, and then their "server does not exist".

I bought my bike through a cycle to work scheme in late September and was really worried about my order in august so I emailed in the middle of august asking about my order and i got a reply saying that they are a small team and are doing the best they can (which is confusing now).. after finding out about the company and its failings today I am confused and worried about this.

They've gone into liquidation and aren't responding to any emails, calls or messages. I spent over £900 on an order that still says it's available on their site, when I don't believe it's even going to be built. It's a shame as they're amazing bikes but you shouldn't order a bike until this is all resolved.

Despicable customer service. If possible to give lower score i most certainly would, I would not recommend AT ALL as i have tried all available contact methods and have not heard a response back from a single one since my bike is overdue and has made traveling very difficult for me. Will certainly be asking for a refund but i fear this will be nothing but hassle.

I ordered my bike on September 14th. It's is now 10th October and still haven't received my bike. Phone lines are constantly shut off. Takes over a week for them to reply to email. Never experienced a worse company. I can't even get through to them to cancel my order so I can buy a bike from a decent company instead. Absolute shocking! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not order a bike from Mango. Waited three weeks for my bike, no indication that it's going to arrive anytime soon. Mango don't reply to email and refuse to pick up the phone.

I have serious concerns that Mango are facing fanacial difficulties. I'd hold off until they start behaving like a normal company again. Or you risk loosing £400 pounds on a bike that doesn't exist.

Would not recommend. Waited weeks for my bike (with me doing all the chasing) which eventually arrived with chips in the frame and faulty gears. Luckily I was able to take this back to their HQ in Sheffield where I was promised a new bike and compensation - which never followed through after more delays. Eventually requested a refund. Wasted at least six weeks when I could of went elsewhere. Its a shame cause the bikes are actually decent, if they don't come faulty, its their customer service that is terrible.

Mango charged us for the bike and since then, after one response to an email enquiring why the bike hadn't changed status from build queue have decided not to respond to any e-mail communication with us. Just tried calling the phone number listed on the web site and the number rings, gets picked up and then hung up straight away.To me it seems that they are either having trading difficulties, have gone bankrupt or are severely incompetent.

I am happy with my Point Ar bike. But not happy with Mango service. I had to wait three months on my bike instead of the 1 to 1.5 month. I was never informed about any delay, had to run after them myself.

Brilliant ... met 'Mango' at a local display; went to the factory the same day, ordered a bespoke bike which arrived about a week later. The kit for the money is great value, the service i received was excellent. The service and options for that price made it one of the best buying experiences i have had. Thank you :)

Recently bought a bike from here and have found it a great little commuter (I do about 10 miles each way). Not had much of a chance to get out for rides at the weekend yet but I have no doubt the bike will be great on longer rides too. As an added bonus I found the customer service to be above and beyond - very friendly bunch. Would recommend.

Nice friendly staff and very informative. 10% student discount is pretty decent as well. 20% would be even better... Still it's a great to have the discount as not many shops offer it.

After looking at different road bikes over the winter, I decided to buy a Point R (in Neon Yellow of course) in early April this year. Based on reviews I had seen in road.cc and other places. The bike is great value easily £200 cheaper than bikes with the same spec from one of the 'big' manufacturers like specialized etc. I have had no problems with the bike and have done over 1000 miles overy the summer. The bike itself is great and I find myself just wanting to get back on to it and can't wait for the next ride. The staff here are really friendly and helpful with a clear passion for what they do. My wife has now got a Point R as well (bought a couple of weeks ago) because of the positivity I have about mine.
