We held our Office party here and it was superb. We had a little area cornered off for us and it was perfect. This will be the regular place for all parties and office night outs in future.

Had a Cocktail Masterclass with Connor for my daughters 18th Birthday. Can't recommend highly enough. We had so much fun, Connors knowledge was amazing & we had some of the best cocktails we've ever tasted. Thank you - can't wait to come back next time we are in town �

Absolutely Fantastic place we loved it 😍 had a cocktail masterclass last year for my 60th birthday pressie,it was absolutely fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone, book go and give it a whir, u will not b disappointed. Can’t recommend it enough. The buildin itself is beaut! Drinks are a bit pricey.. visited yesterday for a family weddin reception in the room downstairs. As part of the reception we we're told they would validate the car parkin for the local NCP car park.. as we we're travellin from sheffield, this was ideal. On arrival we asked the bar tender about it and was told 'chris' had some tickets and was 'around' somewhere.. we asked again later this time we we're told that they wern't validatin tickets and they didn't have any.. we mentioned what we were told earlier, the reply we got was 'chris isn't in'.. the chap wasn't that keen on speakin to us he did make a feeble attempt to look for tickets.. so £15 in parkin later we left, surely knowin you have a private party booked in for the night.. you would/should make sure you have all that you offer!

Always pop in when in town and always enjoy. Staff are truly knowledgeable about drinks they serve but was a bit disappointed when we popped back after our meal and you had run out of loads! The wine choice was shocking guys!

Well we had the bartender from hell he was mardy from the start to the finish to many rules can't do this can't do that you need to chill out won't be going there again

I've been here twice within a month and had two very different visits.

The first was the master class with possibly Dave (??) and this was awesome. He was full of knowledge and gave us every second of his attention and we felt we could have stayed all night.

The second was before a show at the Curve. This was a very different visit. Jack made us feel like a bit of an inconvenience and although there is a discount with Curve tickets it took effort to actually get it from him.

The cheeseboard we got was nothing like the visions from the website and a total rip off for £11.

It was as if Jack had the world on his shoulders and didn't care who felt the frustration he was suffering.

After the cheese we left and went round the corner where the bar was rammed full of customers. Manhattan was empty. From this visit it was clear why.

Customer service needs looking at.....
