Today we took the horsebox to Manchester to the old market building for the launch of Manchester International Festival.. we did 5 streetfood dishes in a canape style ! We will be on Albert Square again for the duration of the festival.

Today's cooking class was busy .. all stations full ..fun times...

Today was our Kickstarter cooking class at The Holbeck (former working mens club) we made Breads, a hotel style Dhal Makhani and an onion side salad. Thankyou to all who backed the project and we hope you enjoyed the day..

In 2018 we.. * Gave a cheque to Simon on The Streets for £6000 * Employed 6 people and paid living wage and above. * Took the horsebox to 18 weddings across the UK. *Won the BBC Food and Farming Award for Best Streetfood and Takeaway ... *Took the horsebox to Man City's end of season party and made a vegan special for Kyle Walker. *Held a supperclub at Sela Bar as part of Leeds Indie Food Festival * Ran a Kickstarter and raised 40k to open a new place in 2019 * Took a 12 day holiday to Dubai to see family (as a small business owner a big achievement!) *Took all our staff and their kids to Lightwater Valley to say Thanks. *Employed Michael from Cafe Leep supporting adults with learning disabilities * Ran the cafe at Leeds Markets. Regained our 5 star hygiene award..and attempted to create a positive vibe about Leeds Market *Did 3 cooking classes at the Hub in Holbeck *Paid all our suppliers on time and took a wage myself out of the business
