From the bottom of my heart I cannot thank you all enough for everything you did for our big day, every tiny little detail was noted by myself and my husband and also all of our guests, the team went above and beyond what we expected and just made our day so perfect! Words can’t explain how grateful we both are, now we are 6 months down the line and I look back still with teary eyes because I just wish we could do it all over again.
To Megan and Sarah in particularly these ladies made sure everything was perfect for us and made both me and Jake feel at complete ease throughout the whole day and I can honestly say I will never forget either of these ladies for everything they did for us!

From the day we visited the beautiful Manor, it was a clear this would be the ideal venue for our small wedding bash. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade of having money behind the tab for an early booking as well.



The planning process went smoothly as the team shared their expertise with us and were very accommodating and flexible with our ideas. We were invited to different events such as a planning showcase where we had the opportunity to meet some recommended suppliers, and also to a food and wine tasting event which helped us in choosing our menu for the big day.



4 weeks before the wedding, we had a final plan meeting with Siobhan which was planned meticulously, with every fine detail covered. We left the meeting reassured that all our plans would come to fruition.



On the big day, everything went according to plan. The banqueting team and staff at the manor were perfect hosts, and the level of service provided was first class – they were simply faultless which you would expect coming from a stunning Manor and its idyllic surroundings.

We had our fairytale wedding here on 3rd April 2018 and we would both like to thank all the staff at Manor By The Lake for making sure that our special day ran smoothly! Throughout the whole process from the open day up until the big day, you have all been extremely helpful! The planning process was so smooth and we knew we didn't have to worry about anything. You've been so efficient with your communication throughout! From

the moment I arrived at the bridal cottage nothing was too much trouble. Amelia was brilliant during our planning process! Claudine was fantastic- very relaxed and easy going as the event manager on the day. Amanda did an amazing job helping us to decide on our flowers and arranging them on the day- we had lots of compliments on how beautiful they were!

We had so many comments on the beautiful venue and its extensive grounds. Our guests commented on how amazing the food and wine was! The chef did a great job! The guest bedrooms are all beautiful and unique- our overnight guests had complimented on how amazing their room was. Everything that we had envisioned for our wedding came alive and it was truly perfect. We cannot wait for the photos from our photographer Dan Morris.

We got married 27/01/18 and what a beautiful venue we picked. I want to thank everyone at the manor as you all did an amazing job. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Everything about our day and the run up was spot on, the girls on the day were great! The food was amazing, all our guests were commenting about how it was the best food at a wedding ever!! so massive thanks to the chef! The most perfect wedding venue. The staff did everything they could to make our day perfect. It was amazing, couldn't be happier. Staff were all so happy on the day, were there for guests needs but most of all were there for us, nothing was an issue. The beauty of this gorgeous venue speaks for itself. Having viewed here in January 2016, I knew there was no other place I'd want to get married. From the luxurious bedrooms and grandeur inside the manor to the scenic gardens and wildlife outside, you won't be disappointed. Upon first meeting, the staff were attentive and I soon realised how easy planning our wedding alongside this team would be. The journey was smooth and fun, and the day (yesterday) was just perfect. They really took care of us and set up the venue perfectly - all I had to do was turn up and get married. They really made me feel at ease. My guests were so impressed with the venue and the delicious food. If you're looking for a hassle free and beautiful wedding, get married here. The Manor by the Lake is a magical wedding venue. Our wedding was on the 25th November 2017. It was absolutely fantastic. The staff are so friendly and professional. The manor is grand but also welcoming and cosy. The coordination of the wedding day was second to none. The day was flawless from start to finish. The food is top quality. The rock bar is a clever inclusion. It's a fabulous venue for photographs - the manor and the grounds are beautiful backdrops and the rooms are all ornate and full of charm. The ballroom is perfect for the meal and the evening celebration. The guest rooms are sublime, each has it's own decor and personality. Everybody enjoyed their visit. We wish to return to enjoy the special events hosted there -

all because we want to experience the manor again.

I started my day a stressed and nervous bride but as soon as i got there my nervous and stress both disappeared. We thought it was literally perfect in everyway and loved every single minute of our day, I wish we could do it all over again! We even had snow which made it even more special as I have dreamt of a white wedding and that is exactly what we got with sunshine we could not believe it, the grounds were beautiful.

There is a few people in particular that we felt went above and beyond on the night before and on the day of our wedding itself- Ben was one of those members of staff. Ben from the minute we arrived was incredibly helpful. He put me at total ease allowing me to sort out the boxes when I needed in the evening to alleviate pressure in the morning. The fact he was so easy going, totally respectful and helpful went such a long way when I could have felt stressed, but he made me feel like all would run smoothly and it really did. I totally trusted everything was in his capable hands. Please pass on our thanks to him personally as he was such a lovely person, he was above and beyond professional in everyway but also just lovely to have around- Ben you are AMAZING.

The whole team worked really hard for us from the waitresses to the managers, Claudine was fantastic from the moment we met her on our day and Amelia who was mainly in charge of all of our planning from the start was super helpful and dealt with any worries or concerns that we had, everyone at the Manor was lovely.

Please give our huge thanks to the lead chef Norbet. We cant even explain how incredible his food tastes, its always a worry when you pick beef it may be tough but not here, it was super tender and the lamb was incredible! I was gutted I was socialising too much that I missed out on the fajitas in the evening as I heard they were amazing too. It really was spot on, all guests were fed well!

I fell in love with Manor by the Lake when we first visited in 2015. I did not even want to look anywhere else (which is definately not like me a double check everywhere and never rush a decision) but I knew the minute we looked around this was the venue I wanted to say our vows in and I am so glad we did. It was the most magical day for us, we picked the 28th as that was when we first met 4 years ago so the date meant something special to us and now we have the most amazing memories with the Manor for our special day which wil stay with us for a lifetime- a beautiful white winter wedding. Thank you so much to everyone of your team. This is also a doggy friendly venue too, thanks for allowing our doggy to stay this meant the world to us she was able to be part of our day! Thankyou so much to the whole team you made our day the most amazing ever. We had so many compliments on the food, the venue and the staff. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating with everything we wanted to do! Claudine ran the event perfectly and all emails to her and everyone else were answered so fast! Manor by the lake are a top venue and they're organisation is second to none.

I could go on and on ... I could tell you about how I had the cake table and table orders changed last minute and nothing was to much to ask etc etc ... but it would take all day.

I couldn't imagine a better wedding day! I only wish i could start planning all over again!

Came here on Sunday to photograph a wedding and WOW, what an incredibly beautiful venue, an absolute dream to photograph at. Aside from the beauty of the venue, you have the staff, who from what I could see on the day were EXCEPTIONAL. Nothing was too much trouble, they were like a well oiled machine! Absolutely delighted to have spent the day working here and fingers crossed we are booked here again!

We cant even explain how incredible his food tastes, its always a worry when you pick beef it may be tough but not here, it was super tender and the lamb was incredible! I was gutted I was socialising too much that I missed out on the fajitas in the evening as I heard they were amazing too. It really was spot on, all guests were fed well!

I fell in love with Manor by the Lake when we first visited in 2015. I did not even want to look anywhere else (which is definately not like me a double check everywhere and never rush a decision) but I knew the minute we looked around this was the venue I wanted to say our vows in and I am so glad we did. It was the most magical day for us, we picked the 28th as that was when we first met 4 years ago so the date meant something special to us and now we have the most amazing memories with the Manor for our special day which wil stay with us for a lifetime- a beautiful white winter wedding. Thank you so much to everyone of your team. This is also a doggy friendly venue too, thanks for allowing our doggy to stay this meant the world to us she was able to be part of our day! Thankyou so much to the whole team you made our day the most amazing ever. We had so many compliments on the food, the venue and the staff. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating with everything we wanted to do! Claudine ran the event perfectly and all emails to her and everyone else were answered so fast! Manor by the lake are a top venue and they're organisation is second to none.

I could go on and on ... I could tell you about how I had the cake table and table orders changed last minute and nothing was to much to ask etc etc ... but it would take all day.

I couldn't imagine a better wedding day! I only wish i could start planning all over again!

Came here on Sunday to photograph a wedding and WOW, what an incredibly beautiful venue, an absolute dream to photograph at. Aside from the beauty of the venue, you have the staff, who from what I could see on the day were EXCEPTIONAL. Nothing was too much trouble, they were like a well oiled machine! Absolutely delighted to have spent the day working here and fingers crossed we are booked here again!
