Nice small and contained. Sad to see its moving away from the cliff
Just love being here and can't wait to return.
We had an awesome time. Peaceful and relaxing. Wardens friendly and helpful. Facilities clean and practical. Local pub Hill House and the Tearoom on Beach rd within 1min walk. Such a friendly village. Love it. Going back soon😄
Gorgeous view over the cliff and out to sea. Campsite has hot showers (bring your 20 pence pieces for the showers) bathrooms clean and well maintained. Hot water, cold drinking water, four sinks to wash your dishes, tumble drier and washing machine on site.
Short (5-10 min) walk from the camping field to the lighthouse, with a well maintained play area at its feet.
A previous reviewer mentioned a problem with flies and long grass but there was no evidence of that at all when we were there (early August 2016) Five stars because even though some facilities could do with updating, it's an absolute bargain price for what's there.
Would definitely visit again.
