Manor House Surgery

So I started to ring at 8am for a on the day appointment I've been struggling with my health for a while first of all the phone line was ingaged so I put constant redial on when a receptionist finally answered at 815am I was told there were no signs of appointments call back tomorrow at 8am I know that the surgery gets busy but not to have a emergency appointment or even be told not to ring again at dinner for a afternoon appointment surely is wrong I think the doctors are great so it saddens me to give a single star I wonder if the doctors know patients are not being able to see them?
