great customer service asked a question by email and got an answer straight away plus got me free topkits with in a week of buying a pole

Well what can I say.....had a pole roller that had a foot unglue and fall off. Quick email and a picture 3 days later and received a new leg. No fuss no mess no problem. Excellent service from MAP and worth every penny.

Well going out with the new pole today the TKS 401 2G 14.5m, the pole feels great in the shop and looking forwards to getting out and catching with it, thank to the MAP team for your help with the top kits great service.

New box is great value for money loads of new features all the new attachments are well made I think all of the new products will sell well I will be stocking them all

I have used Map fishing tackle for years, the poles are brilliant so were the rods, especially the parabolix.

I have been using the Z30 box since it was first introduced, and it's the best box I've ever owned.

I have to thank map and give them 5 stars. I had a small crack in one of the spacers inside my shallow draw on my z30 and sent an email to them and without hesitation they sent me a brand new draw that very same week. Highly recommended and very much appreciated��

I can't praise all your products enough I have alot of your gear and thinks it's amazing great work guys keep up the good work. and as for all the videos they are absolutely amazing.

I bought the h30 light being fed up with heavy box's so far its been spot on very stable and comfortable, only thing I would like is some extenders for the legs to raise my side tray as my pervious Preston box had this option ,map suggested buying two long legs but at nearly £40 for two not ideal ,short screw in extensions for the top of the leg would be ideal

Have purchased a 701 2g absolutely amazed with the pole looks and feels amazing, the package is awesome with the top kits no3s and dolly butt.

Had an issue with one of pole sections, messaged the facebook page and within a few hours my issue was addressed and resolved. Good to know companies like MAP still exist that still value customer service. MAP thank you and thanks again for sorting my problem out.

Bought my TKS30 when it came out and it's still going strong, love it and many people complimented it on how stiff it looked in matches.

As customer service goes they have had a few blips in the past but my warranty issue was sorted in double quick time and to my satisfaction 👍

what can i say if they were not any good i would not bother with them not had any problems since i changed to MAP equipment over twelve months ago

I bought the h30 lite box last month and found it perfect for my needs most of my fishing these days is mostly fishing the bomb and method I also bought it because I got feed up with the heavy box I used to own ok but it served me well for the 2 years I had it but I found the h30 lite a better box and just as stable I also have the 4 wheel Barrow as well and the feeder arm also and have ordered the medium side tray the qrs is very innovative and I love the way the knobs on my box can be moved around especially when you load in to your car

I had an issue with my MAP TKS pole that I wasn't so happy with- but I'm very pleased to say that MAP have put this right now. Thanks guys.
