Went today to have my Saab 9-3 ttid ffixed for good. DPF removed, ECU rewritten to delete EGR and DPF and a bit of a tune up. It’s like a totally different car now and I can actually floor it over 3000 revs thanks to the lads there! Haven’t stopped smiling all day! Cheers fellas, I’ll be back once I find my boost leak for the full performance upgrade. �

Recently acquired a Nissan Note with the CR14DE engine. Not a performance car by any means but the larger boot and rear passenger space was the driving force. The engine seemed a bit thirsty for its size, getting 38 to the gallon at best, and below 3000 rpm - when the variable valve lift kicked in - it was gutless and had a sluggish throttle response. Popped in and spoke to Gareth about it and got it booked in for a Saturday, which was great as I need to car for work Monday to Friday.



Post-remap the car is so much better to actually drive I can scarcely believe it. The peak performance gains are fairly minimal, but the difference at lower RPM is huge. The engine doesn't suddenly burst into life at 3000 anymore, it's smooth and pulls all the way through the rev range, from idle to redline, and has plenty of low end torque for actual road driving. On top of that, the fuel consumption has improved significantly too; I got 44 mpg on a trip to Stirling in Scotland for New Year (almost 16% more) and 40 around town compared to 36 (11%).



I would recommend getting this remap done to any car with this engine.

Just had my Skoda vrs mapped by map tech car was already mapped by another company and was runing poor the guys at map tech worked there magic and turned the car into a beast and got it runing proper the difference is night a day they know there stuff and how to put a smile on there customers face highly recommend map tech to anyone thinking about getting a remap top service and very help full thanks guys

Improved mpg considerably and throttle is much more responsive, puts a smile on my face every time I drive it!

Guy knows what he’s doing, other companies just up the fueling which makes diesels chuck loads of smoke out which is sure to fail the new MOT regulations. Mine doesn’t smoke at all which shows it’s a good quality map.

I had my hyundai santa fe remapped a couple of weeks ago and I felt this company was worth reviewing. My car now drives better than it ever has. I commute around 250 miles a week and have already noticed the increased fuel economy. The main reason I took it Map Tech is I tow a large caravan all over the country on holiday whenever I get the chance. I took it out at the weekend and it towed the caravan beautifully, better acceleration, better fuel economy and less gear changing on the hills. I was considering changing my car prior to the remap but not necessary now. The guys who did the work where very professional they tweeked the car a few times before I was happy with the finished result. In addtion to this they did the work while I waited. Thanks very much I will be recommending you in the future.

I had my Alfa Romeo 159 remapped a week ago and words cannot truly express what it has done for the car.

They started off with a health check to ensure there are no underlying issues, which came back clear.

Then the cracked on and created a beast! All while i was sat in the comfort of the waiting area with a coffee!

The staff were helpful, informative and were happy to answer any questions.

I will recommend this establishment and their services to anyone.

And my Alfa, well it left 40bhp better off and now pulls like a train in all gears!

Highly recommend the guys spent ages getting our car how we wanted it and nothing was to much trouble for them. There attitude to there work is superb and the fact they take the time to explain everything aswell. Our gtd feels so much better now. Thanks chaps

Had my BMW 320d coupe engine and gearbox (stage3) remapped yesterday and i am well chuffed with the results. What a difference it has made to the car. The power is intant now and the torque is amazing. The gear changes are so quick and smooth.

A massive thank you to the lads at map-tech. I just love driving this car 😜👍

Had my BMW 116d mapped here yesterday and its transformed it from lame 115bhp to a much more acceptable 185bhp! Would recommend and wished i had done it sooner! Top blokes at a great price!

Had my 520 f10 remapped on Monday afternoon wow what a difference in performance. Would recommend these guys to anyone and when I change my car I will be coming back

Had my 407 mapped feels like a different car pick up is great and more responsive and the lads was very professional and pleasant

Great service. Maptech answered my query very quickly and whilst they couldn't help me on this occasion (they were honest enough to state that a significant increase of mpg on a 2.5L straight six BMW PU was unlikely), I would be more than happy to use them for any tuning needs in the future... Just need to find a nice 996 turbo!

Got my 335i gearbox remapped - stage 3 is amazing - I always wanted a bit of noise and character when changing gears and now I get that on downshift as well as the “fart” on upshift. Fantastic customer service by the guys too - will be back!!

Drove from london just for the stage 2 remap and gearbox remap with dpf delete. Have to say, from the moment I arrived till the moment I left, I received excellent customer service and would highly recommend to anyone!
