Moving onwards and upwards we have now decided to introduce "employee of the month". We get lots of positive feedback about how our staff represent the company and how hard they work, so to show our appreciation this month we decided £50 to spend as they pleased would be given to the winner. Now picking a winner out of a team of 15 staff that all go the extra mile is difficult.
