I took my 6yr old daughter in shop on Wednesday the lady's were fantastic so helpful and made time for us my daughter loved being in the shop she was treated like a princess trying a lot on the quality is fantastic and we ended up buying 3 outfits 3 shoes 2 cardies and 3 headbands would definitely recommend. Also having 6 kids and them doing a payment plan is a God send will defo be buying a lot more

By far my favourite shop for buying my daughter's beautiful clothes. Customer service is always brilliant and very helpful every time I go which is often. Always offered help with finding what I'm looking for and would 100% recommend to friends

Brought a beautiful pink baby changing bag, used it a few times and the strap broke, went back into store and although not in stock they agreed to replace without any issue when stock was in that week, easy n hassle free, also helped with picking out items and with sizing for a new baby, will be back again soon!!

Bought some of the beautiful bow sandals, they were slightly big had no problems exchanging for a smaller size even ordered another colour as they were so lovely, very good quality and high level of customer service, delivery was fast too, thankyou x

Very bad communication! Ordered my boy a few bits through the website in July & August paid for them & still haven't received them! I've been emailing & messaging now for weeks & all I get is 'we're posting it tomorrow' Phoned the shop today to be told by a lady that she's only covering so would have to phone me back & didn't. Would never order again!

Things available to order on their website then turns out it’s out of stock and don’t get back to you.

Placed an order at their website several weeks ago but still haven't received neither email with shipping details nor refund. Customer service does not reply to emails. Website is not working. What it is all about??? Fraud!?

Order my stuff on 30th of June and yet still haven’t received anything on the 22nd of July this is a joke I’ve contacted them via email which I got ignored and via Facebook which finally I got a answer after trying to contact them for a couple of days which they had read and not replied, I finally got an answer which I had to put numerous question marks to get, got a refund for the delivery and apologised for the delay last Sunday 15th and that they would get the tracking number ASAP Monday morning still nothing after contacting them on the Friday 20th Saturday the 21st and this morning and still nothing this is a joke and I want something done about this never ordering anything of them again poor costumer service!!!

Made a purchase in july never received item and sent 3 emails for refund and still not given money back! Won’t buy from here and certainly won’t be recommending! Extremely bad customer service
