We went to Perth for a wedding and although I normally do all my own bookings I was so impressed with the organisation of a charity trip (Purple Aid) I went on last year that I decided to ask Marc for his help. Marc was so friendly, he understand how important our trip was to us and offered to put together some travel plans for us to consider. An example of how good Marc is - on holiday in Gran Canaria two weeks ago and my daughter wanted to contact me (I was having 'roaming issues').
